Wake up to gorgeous sunsets and direct ocean views from nearly every room of this 3BR/3 Bath Premier Penthouse Windswept villa. Both upstairs master suites have windows overlooking the ocean, while the open concept main floor is bright and airy with ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, and living room.

While the stunning views will take your breath away, you will be equally pleased with the luxurious, fully renovated interior that has been professionally designed for your comfort and relaxation.

This spacious, townhouse-style villa accommodates up to 6 guests.
Gather with loved ones on the first floor which features an open concept living space with floor to ceiling windows to appreciate the ocean views and an updated kitchen that flows into the dining area and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for cooking and enjoying meals in the villa.

Step from the living room onto the oceanfront balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine while listening to the sound of the ocean below.

On the first floor you will also find the guest bedroom suite with 2 twin beds and a fully renovated en suite bathroom with shower.

As you make your way upstairs, two master suites await, both with comfortable king beds and their own beautifully renovated en suite bathrooms.

The location of this villa is another one of its best features - located in East Beach Village, it is just steps from the beach and a short stroll or bike ride to the Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park, golf, tennis, and many restaurants and shops. Great place, view was phenomenal! Also nice that they had all you needed for the beach - chairs, boogie boards, toys, umbrella. We brought our own, but good to know we didn’t have to if we go again.

Great Spot and nice property

Had a very nice stay here. Property is very well located (walking distance to The Sanctuary) and in good condition. Our family of five felt very comfortable and while it’s not a huge condo, it is laid out well so the space didn’t feel cramped at all. Julie was a great host - very accessible. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great Trip!

Place was awesome. Very clean. Stocked kitchen. Easy check in. Host was great with communication and recommendations. Locker under the building was very convenient with the beach just steps away. The Sanctuary is just down the beach for an evening cocktail or meal. Definitely recommend!

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described and clean. It was nice to be able to walk right down to the beach. We enjoyed the porch and riding bikes on the island. The guidebook was also helpful in choosing restaurants.

Wonderful stay on Kiawah Island

This Penthouse on Kiawah Island is lovely. We spent five days there as a family of 5 (three kids ages 13, 11, and 8), and the space worked perfectly. The home is well-appointed with everything you could need from coffee makers to beach gear to puzzles and games. Julie is a wonderful communicator and the check-in process was seamless. The views of the ocean are beautiful and the beach is steps away. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one was one of our favorites!

Summer Getaway

We wanted to have a relaxing experience to celebrate my son's recent graduation. This property was amazing and offered rooms for everyone! The kitchen was well-equipped, and we were able to enjoy dinner most nights at home. The property was clean and had amazing views!

Kiawah Island Gem!

This is a beautiful home my wife, brother, and sister-in-law had the privilige to stay in for a mini vacation. Well laid out, solidly built, and amazing views! Close to the tennis center, Night Heron Park, and Freshfield Village. The nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at and have experienced many. Julie was great to work with - very responsive and hospitable!

Stayed in 4435 Windswept for 4 nights and had a great relaxing break with family - love waking up to the ocean and amazing beach that is Kiawah -location in West Beach is perfect! Close to Sanctuary and amenities - and central Location allows easy access to either Freshfields village or ocean park/ocean course Property was clean and cozy with beautiful morning and evening views and a nice outdoor spot to sip coffee or Chardonnay and enjoy the iconic beach

This property is exactly how it is stated in the listing. Beautiful views and so peaceful and relaxing! It is just steps from the beach! The beach is so clean and not crowded at all. Return to Kiawah

I returned to Kiawah after 20+ years since visiting with my family growing up—this time with my wife, daughter, and our parents. We had a wonderful trip and the Windswept condo location was fantastic for access to the beach and everything else around the island. The condo layout and views were amazing. The only negative was having to purchase some general necessities, so be prepared with a trip to Harris Teeter or Target on the way in through Charleston.

Beautiful place!

This is a beautiful rental! The furnishings and bedrooms & bathrooms were wonderful. And the view is gorgeous. I think this rental is one of the very best you can get on the island. Julie was great, and always easy to contact, but we had everything we needed and zero problems so we didn’t need to contact her during our stay. There is so much to do & the ocean is steps away. We had a great time! We get a vacation rental every summer and this was one of our very best.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an amazing time staying here for a quick getaway, and wish we had planned to stay longer! We were delighted with how clean this property is, and being oceanfront is so convenient. We enjoyed using the beach chairs provided, extra beach towels, and a kitchen equipped with anything needed. Julie's hospitality is unsurpassed! She checked on us upon arrival to make sure everything was suitable and again before departing. We look forward to returning to Kiawah, and will check availabilty here before booking a reservation anywhere else!

When can we go back?!

We came to Kiawah for my Neice’s wedding. I had not been since 40 years ago. It is possibly the prettiest place in the USA. The condo was absolutely beautiful and so perfect. Comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, toys and towels! And beautiful to be on the beach! Julie was always so gracious in answering any questions I had. I surely hope to return.

The condo is up to date and very clean. The beach and ocean views are phenomenal! We had a very easy time communicating with the owner and receiving prompt responses to questions. Beautiful!!

Beautiful penthouse condo in our favorite location on Kiawah. The condo was exceptionally clean upon our arrival. The decor is very tasteful and the layout is well thought out with plenty of room for our family of four. Loved the comfortable beds and the sky high ceiling in the master shower. The views from the living room and, especially, upstairs bedrooms were incredible. My family and I enjoyed lots of time on the balcony just soaking in the ocean sounds and view. Julie was responsive and welcoming. My only suggestion would be room darkening curtains in the lower floor bedroom. Would absolutely stay here again!
