This gorgeous renovated three-bedroom villa is one of the oceanfront seaside cottages at Mariner’s Watch. The villa features a private staircase leading from the rear deck directly onto the boardwalk and just a few steps to the beach.

This oceanfront villa features an open floor plan with incredible ocean views from the kitchen, living and dining area as well as the master suite. The kitchen has everything a chef would need to prepare a wonderful meal before heading out to the beach!

The master suite features a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds and a daybed. Plenty of room for the family vacation or just a weekend getaway for some golf!

There are 3 full baths.

There are 2 Parking spots located in front of the unit that are marked with the unit's number.

Unfortunately, there is no grill available, due to Kiawah Island safety regulations.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but ask that the rules be followed to avoid fines or dismissal from the island.

Absolutely Perfect

This place is so perfect in every way. The beach is steps from the porch. The view from the place is amazing. We biked to the east and west of the island several times. The owners have a lovely taste. Totally recommend this place!

This condo has a wonderful location and spectacular views. The floor plan of the unit is excellent. It was clean . But as other guests mentioned in prior emails - it would benefit from a deeper clean and touch- up painting . The laundry room had boxes in it that made access to dryer difficult. Only one side of the toaster worked, the unit would benefit from a stronger vacuum cleaner. The ice maker was not functioning. Despite these remarks, we had a wonderful stay and I would rent again.

We had a wonderful stay in this perfectly located, family friendly villa! Accommodations were comfortable, nice and plentiful. And the boardwalk to the beach could not be closer! We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful place and amazing location! We will most def be back!! Host was very fast at communicating! Kiawah is my fave place and this location is only half of a mile from the Sanctuary hotel!

Great interior design and view

The owner wisely opened up this unit to provide an amazing sunrise view from most of the unit. Steps sways from the beach. All necessary kitchen utensils. Comfortable furniture and beds. They even have some beach chairs available. Great location on Kiawah

Great location and host responsiveness

This is an awesome property with a great location. Very responsive host. I agree with another reviewer that owners bedroom tends to be a little warmer than rest of home but other two bedrooms are nice and cool. We loved staying here and will stay here again!

Always love to stay here

We always have a wonderful time when we stay at this property! It’s clean and spacious with a wonderfully convenient spot on the boardwalk! We had a few small things come up but this management is always SOOo good about communicating quickly and are always helpful. One hang-up would be the difficulty with the refrigerator- even with close to nothing in it, it seemed to have trouble staying closed and cold. We decided to turn it down because we didn’t want food to spoil which lead to fruits freezing and going bad when it did finally close and stay shut. We unfortunately had to re-buy a lot of produce because of this but everything else was great! We will definitely continue to put in to stay at this property.

The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay there again. We did have trouble figuring out how to lock the door when we left. Probably operator error on my part.

Fun with Friends

This is a beautiful and well-appointed property. We had 3 couples stay for 5 nights and it was delightful. It is an open plan and very conducive to gatherings and conversation. It is delightful to just walk onto the beach for a walk or to take the bikes down the beach for a long ride.

Soooo Wonderful

Oh my, this home is so lovely! The view is incredible, the condo is beautifully decorated, the floor plan is great! We had our daughter’s family with us and it was such a help to be steps from the beach since we had little ones. We were also a short walk to The Nest where we could buy sandwiches, groceries, and wine. Easy to give it 5 stars!

Great location

The location of this property is fantastic. It’s quiet, easy to access the beach, and has a nice setup (kitchen, dining, bedroom layout). It was, as others have pointed out dirty, (stained couch cushions, food under the bench cushions, mold in all the bathrooms and sand in the bathtubs (when we arrived)… there was no backup toilet paper (which is in the description, but 2 of the bathrooms had only a a few sheets). Once again, lovely location - just needs some TLC.

Perfect for our family

This location is ideal. Can hear and see the ocean from the unit. It’s so much more spacious than pictures can show. Only complaint is the temp regulation in the back bedroom is off— didn’t matter for this time of year for us, just opened windows at night. Also could be more towels and hand soap and better dishwasher soap. But it was the ideal vacation for our family (2 adults, 3 kids). We will be back!

Soothes the Soul

This place is truly a jewel. I loved the windows all around the house that gives you the most amazing views of the ocean and dunes. If you’re lucky enough, you might get to see some of the small whitetail deer that come to nibble on the vegetation outside the condo. What an amazing birthday gift that was to me! The condo is clean, and I'm a clean freak, so that says a lot. We cooked in the kitchen and had all we needed except a spatula, maybe it was misplaced? The beds were very comfortable, the beach is literally right there, and the condo just has this vibe about it that makes you feel good. It’s an amazing place.

Almost great

Just one minor complaint, and one that’s not so minor. There were no clothes hangers - not one. I texted the owner since the property manager had informed me, before our arrival, that she would not be available for a couple days after we checked in. The owner never got back to me. After a could of days we adapted to the lack of clothes hangers. The more serious problem was a loose “paver/brick” on the path to the condo. I discovered the problem when I fell. Into the bushes beside the path. I had no serious injuries - just a few cuts from the fall into the bushes. I advise the owner/manager to fix this problem before someone is seriously injured. The pros - the layout of the condo is great - wouldn’t change a thing. Its position right on the beach adjacent to Boardwalk #17 is so convenient. This was our first trip to Kiawah after an absence of 7 years and we really enjoyed it. Renters should aware that VRBO rentals on Kiawah do not include access and use of any Kiawah Resort amenities, including the swimming pools. This didn’t bother us sine the beach and ocean were right outside our back door.

Awesome condo as close as you can get to beach access. Place is a little bigger than the pictures suggest. We had a great stay, and at the price point you won’t find much better in Kiawah.
