Truly breathtaking ocean views greet you upon entering 5121 Windswept Villas on Kiawah Island. This updated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom third floor villa is located oceanfront in East Beach Village, just steps to miles of pristine Atlantic beaches and minutes to Kiawah’s top attractions and activities.

This spacious Windswept villa offers a very open layout with plenty of natural light via floor to ceiling windows boasting gorgeous ocean views. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, choice appliances and a wet bar and opens to the dining and living areas with comfortable seating to accommodate 8. The living area includes a fireplace and mounted flat screen TV. An oceanfront balcony expands the width of the entire villa offering sweeping views and plenty of space to enjoy ocean breezes, cocktails or a great beach read.

5121 Windswept comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms all with lovely ocean views. One king bedroom is just off the living area and includes a flat screen TV, a bathroom with a walk-in shower (also connecting to the hall for guest use) and access to the open balcony. The master bedroom is to your left with a king bed, TV, a private bathroom with his and her sinks, a walk-in shower and soaking tub, and balcony access. Just across the hall is the second guest bedroom offering 2 double beds, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo direct access to the open deck. There is an elevator in the building with ramp access.

Pool Access: Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access directly from the building via Boardwalks 18 to 22.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly only, allowing up to TWO (2) dogs. Dog(s) must be at least 1 year of age. There is an additional pet fee of $350 per dog, per week with a $700 maximum per pet for multiple weeks. No other pets allowed.

*Pet fee is added to the final balance after booking

Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
