About this property

It's YOUR time to relax and enjoy!

  • The cottage (SC License # 010 74389 5) is located in the Sparrow Pond Community on Kiawah Island (1037 Warbler Court) and is a five-minute walk to the beach; three minutes to the private neighborhood pool! You can hear the ocean from our large sun deck and screened porch. Fully renovated cottage featuring hardwood floors, an expanded kitchen and a built-in entertainment/home theater system. Wireless Internet service is provided.
    The West Beach Market (shopping and dining) is within walking distance. Freshfields Village is located just ten minutes (by car) from the cottage and offers a grocery store, shops, medical services, community events and many dining options.

    ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
    * Add 13.5% South Carolina Accommodations Tax to All Rates.
    *Rental Rates include Departure Cleaning.
    *No smoking & no pets.

Just what we were looking for!

Short walk/bike ride to the beach and pool. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Great selection of movies plus connected technology. House is newly renovated. Great deck with privacy. Would recommend and will stay again. If Kiawah is on your list, check this place out.
