This second floor vacation rental on Kiawah Island is renovated and perfect for any small group of travelers.

Centrally located on Kiawah Island, this villa offers the perfect location for guests to enjoy a short walk to the beach, close proximity to the Sanctuary and Night Heron Park, and only a short drive from some great restaurants and other amenities that the surrounding areas have to offer!

Upon entering the villa, you are greeted with coastal hues and an open floorplan. The living room has simple modern furnishings and is perfect to unwind after a long beach day. The condo only has Smart TV's. Located just off of the living room through the sliding doors, the screened in porch allows the guest to take in the beautiful sights and sounds that the island has to offer. Sit back and enjoy the lagoon views. You'll be sure to spot an alligator or two.

The dining area, which allows for comfortable seating for four, is only steps away from the open kitchen area. With granite countertops and updated appliances, this kitchen is great to whip up a delicious meal.

The master bedroom, which offers a king bed, flat-screen Smart TV, private access to the screened-in back porch, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom contains two full size beds with a flat-screen Smart TV, and a semi-private bathroom that also accesses the hall.

Spacious condo in good location

We stayed here on Kiawah for golf and restaurants. The central location in the island was convenient to everything. Comfortable space, more roomy than we expected.

Perfect Kiawah Apt!

Great stay in Kiawah!

The property was located in a great location on Kiawah, directly across the street from Turtle Point golf course. It was very quiet and a short ride to the beach and resort restaurants. And the condo was nice and clean. We loved the screened in porch.

Great fall getaway

Really nice place

Condo was very nice. It was clean and the layout was perfect. The view of the lagoon was beautiful. The king bedroom was nice, but We were not keen on the bath being open to the bedroom.

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay. The condo was very clean. There were ample bath towels and of nice quality. The condo was very clean. It has a nice layout. We enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch looking over a pond. The property manager was very responsive when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again & we could definitely recommend this condo.

Near East Beach and Kiawah venues

We took advantage of walking to and on beautiful East beach. Very quiet property with convenient driving access to Ocean Course, the Sanctuary, Freshfields Village, and Seabrook Island restaurants and shops. Property was very clean and comfortable. Had to get water, beach towels, and coffee (one pot was complimentary). Great sightings of turtles, alligators at safe distance, and herons.

Great Vacation Rental

We loved our first visit to Kiawah. The rental was wonderful for our family. The size was perfect for us, the space worked very well and it was very comfortable. The location was absolutely wonderful. Super easy and enjoyable walk or ride to the beach. Very happy with our overall experience.

Perfect villa

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The property is located in a great spot. Easy 10 minute walk or few minute bike ride to the beach. Lots of wildlife in the lagoon that was fun to watch. Perfect for our family of four. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property

This is a great property with a great location. The only issue we had was that we found a few cockroaches in the bedrooms and on the porch. Someone was sent to spray but unfortunately I wasn’t notified when someone was coming so my daughter wouldn’t let them in because I wasn’t there.Also we did find old water bottles under the beds. Other than those things it was great.

We usually stay in West beach and close to the beach but we loved our condo and loved the walk to and from the beach. We will revisit this condo again- we loved everything about it. Also thank you to all at Sweetgrass who accommodated us in every way and we're so kind and courteous about all our needs. Thank you so much! My husband was stricken with lung cancer in November of 2019 and between his illness and Covid 19 this was our first trip and it was beautiful in every way. Kiawah Island is our favorite place to be.

Great location and exceptionally well-maintained

We were in town for the PGA Championship and wanted a place that was convenient to the Ocean Course as well as large enough for 3 adults. This unit was perfect for us and made our experience that much more enjoyable. Spacious bedrooms, a living room large enough for all of us to hangout in, and a great screened-in porch overlooking a pond. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels more like a home than a hotel would.
