"First,I am a stickler for clean! This condo was gleaming! Perfect location. Much closer to the beach than we expected! Quiet,secluded,lovely screened in porch to sit outside at night! Would also highly recommend going to Periwinkle Cafe for THE best food we had while visiting! Thanks for sharing your cute and cozy condo"

"We absolutely loved staying at Marsh Island Retreat. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We enjoyed being able to cook at home and enjoy the pool or go down the road to go out. Thanks for a beautiful home to rest our heads and hang our hats for a short time."

"This Villa was perfect for the 2 of us. The villa was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Joe is a fantastic host. He answered all of our questions/emails quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion; directions as to how to operate the cooktop would be helpful and a few washcloths in the bathroom. "

"This rental home was perfect for our extended family for a spring break trip with young kids. We had several young children and the upstairs space with bunk beds room and twin bedroom along with loft and bathroom was perfect for all of them- they had their own space and adults could use the many seating spaces downstairs. Each room downstairs was equipped with a bathroom and tv - and the bathrooms even had vanity mirrors- all the details went in to this home. It’s decorated well, has a great layout, and the location is close to bike trails, beach, and the new nest area which was great for kids with indoor arcade, bowling, playground, nature center, etc. They even had 2 bikes for us to enjoy, which worked well because some of our family didn’t bring their own. The kitchen was fully stocked - we had fun eating out some nights but just as much fun cooking in the kitchen or using the grill. Usually rental properties aren’t as stocked as this kitchen, but this one had everything we needed. The only downside was we were hoping the pool was heated and even paid for that feature but it was beginning of the season in early March and it unfortunately didn’t work for us. They refunded us for the heated pool so it was a non issue because we had enough other things to do, and they were so quick and easy to communicate with us. Im sure they will get it up and running for future renters, I would just double check next time to ensure they can confirm its heated and working before we arrived (if you rent beginning of the season). Anytime we had any questions, they were super responsive and made sure our question was answered or issue was resolved. Overall, we loved everything about this house and its location. Would highly recommend and we would definitely rent here again. It was clean, well kept and Absolutely wonderful!"

"GREAT, GREAT location! This condo had easy access to the beach, and walkable to The Nest for morning coffee and afternoon snacks. The condo is well stocked, clean, and perfect for a family getaway. Monique was super responsive with any question we had, and it was an overall great stay."

"Cute and very clean well equipped condo! The 1/2 bathroom in the listing was located outside on the screened porch- which made it useless on the cold days of our stay. Great location and easy access to the beach and bike trails. "
