Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Had a great experience overall. Room was spacious. Lots of restaurant options which we enjoyed. Only con was the checkin process. Room keys did not worked, room not ready for over 1 hour. Had to escalate to manager. Manage.ent understood and provided some credits. Will definitely visit again.

excellent hotel and we got upgrade from hotel with view of sphere which was very beautiful . excellent facilities and lot of resturants .. good ineternet too ..will stay there again for sure
