"While we were there our son went into medical distress. The staff at the store and the reception desk were absolutely amazing. So kind, caring, and thoughtful. My son and I didnât get to finish our stay there but they sent food packages with the rest of our family for our hospital stay. Das Hotel liegt abseits von der Innenstadt, die man jedoch mit dem Bus im halben stĂŒndigen Abstand gut erreichen kann.
Eine einzige Taverne ist fuĂlĂ€ufig in der NĂ€he, wenn man auswĂ€rts essen möchte.
Das Essen wird im Buffet angeboten.
Das Personal ist immer nett und höflich, aber es gibt viel Personal was kein englisch, deutsch oder selbst griechisch sprechen kann. Die VerstÀndigung war somit schwierig.
Das Putzpersonal ist unfĂ€hig gewesen frische HandtĂŒcher...

"I had a short stay at Fodele Beach and had a lovely time, the staff contacted me before I arrived to check me in and arranged a convenient checkout and transport back to the airport, I was very impressed and will book this hotel again."
"A lovely traditional house in a typical Cretan village away from the tourist hotspots. Our host spoke good English and was very welcoming and helpful. The bakery sells wonderful trays of Baklava which we enjoyed on our spacious roof terrace, a great place for breakfast too. "
