"This property is in need of a freshen up. Things are a little tired. Pool tiles and exterior. Lobby nicely appointed and front end staff super efficient. Room was clean but had to be sprayed for seasonal ants that did keep resurfacing. Walk out pool fe our room was great, but being near the garden bugs are to be expected. Roof top happy hour A full breakfast buffet of Thai and international options. Staff warm and accommodating. Lots of families and kids activities that were well run and organized, not loud or chaos. Transport to fine dining, shopping and golf was simple. A very easy and reasonable destination to tip your toes in the waters of Phuket."

The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of space to unwind. Great location, great service, and a great atmosphere overall. At the Waterfront breakfast buffet, Nu, Niwat served us with smiles, greeted us with such manners & always made sure we enjoyed our stay at the breakfast. As for the staff at Saffron & Saisson, the head chef, politely introduced herself, ensuring our food was satisfactory. Pla & every other server/hostess at these two restaurants delivered such service that was above and beyond our expectations. We would HIGHLY recommend this resort for any type of vacation, especially a honeymoon! We are sad to leave but we are definitely coming back.
