"Paradise Resort was a wonderful place to stay. Our family had several bungalows rented and they were delightful. The staff was excellent - always friendly and helpful. And the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen. I enjoyed my stay so much!"

"Our (2 adults, 1 child) stay at Maneechan was lovely, a very large resort in Chanthaburi. Excellent breakfast with Thai, Chinese and Western options including a great coffee. The pool is wonderful for children, however loud music is played from about midday on, and the rooms are not soundproofed, so not very relaxing either by the pool or in your room. Very clean and large rooms."

Deshalb konnte man Balkontür nachts getrost offenlassen. 24Std Zugang zu Kaffee, Tee, Ovomaltine. In der Nähe tolle Restaurants mit beispielsweise Spezialität Ente oder Hot Pot vietnamesisch. Die Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hübsch entlang des Flusses mit kleinen hippen, einheimischen Kneipen. Es wird kaum Englisch gesprochen, aber auch das macht ja den Reiz des Reisens aus. "We like mid-range hotels. Our first impression of this place was disappointing, but we soon warmed up to it. The staff were so nice, the location was excellent, the beach was 20 steps from our room, the food at the restaurant was sooooo good (except instant coffee at breakfast) and it was not on the main street so it was very quiet. "This was really disappointing. The breakfast buffet has been replaced by a very limited and unbalanced menu - mostly combinations of eggs, ham and sausage. No bread, no fruit, no carbohydrate. The equipment in the gym is old. No decent restaurants in the area. The rooms are ok. The swimming pool is huge and the best part of the hotel."

"Leider hat das Hotel keinen richtigen Strand. Bei Flut haben wir dann einfach die Strandzugänge und Liegen benachbarter Hotels genutzt. Auch ist White Sand Beach leider sehr überlaufen. Da bevorzugen wir eher den Südwesten der Insel."
