"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! This place is literally heaven on Earth. The staff exceeds all expectations. The amenities are perfect. The restaurants are top notch. The managers will resolve even the slightest inconvenience in a short period of time with little to zero stress on the customer. The ambience of the hotel is astonishing and the SCENT evokes serenity. Special thanks to F&B manager Mahesh, staff member Sagar and receptionist Jogita. These 3 especially deserve high accolades!!!"

"I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent two-day stay. Despite booking a Premium Suite, my experience was unacceptable and far below the standards I expected. During my stay, I encountered several serious issues: - Lack of Service: I called room service multiple times, but no one ever arrived to assist me. - Safety Hazards: The toilet seat in my suite was broken, and there was exposed wiring next to it, which poses a significant electric shock risk. - Faulty Amenities: The in-room safe was not functioning. I requested assistance from room service regarding this, but again, no one showed up. - Inconvenient Policies: I was disappointed to learn that no guests are allowed in the rooms after 8:00 PM. As a guest in a Premium Suite, I expected a high level of service and a safe, well-maintained environment. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have had at a hotel. UNFORTUNATE!"
