"I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent two-day stay. Despite booking a Premium Suite, my experience was unacceptable and far below the standards I expected. During my stay, I encountered several serious issues: - Lack of Service: I called room service multiple times, but no one ever arrived to assist me. - Safety Hazards: The toilet seat in my suite was broken, and there was exposed wiring next to it, which poses a significant electric shock risk. - Faulty Amenities: The in-room safe was not functioning. I requested assistance from room service regarding this, but again, no one showed up. - Inconvenient Policies: I was disappointed to learn that no guests are allowed in the rooms after 8:00 PM. As a guest in a Premium Suite, I expected a high level of service and a safe, well-maintained environment. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have had at a hotel. UNFORTUNATE!"
