ได้ห้องพักคนละเบอร์กับที่จองไป พัก family suite เบอร์ 19 ไม่พอวันที่เข้าพักฝนตกพอดี พอกลับเข้ามาจากออกไปทานอาหารเย็นพบว่าน้ำฝนรั่วซึมหยดลงมาจากหน้าต่างข้างเตียงนอนเปียกพื้นไปหมด มีน้ำหยดติ๋งๆ ลงมาเป็นระยะ โทรไปที่รีสอร์ทเพื่อขอเปลี่ยนห้อง ทางรีสอร์ตตอนแรกรับปากว่าเปลี่ยนได้ ตอนหลังไม่เปลี่ยนให้บอกว่าห้องเต็ม แล้วส่งช่างเข้ามาซ่อมในอีกครึ่งชมต่อมา และซ่อมต่ออีก ครึ่งชม ตอนนั้นค่ำแล้วทุกคนอยากพักผ่อนโดยเฉพาะคนแก่และเด็ก ที่ขับรถเดินทางไกลกันมาทั้งวัน ในส่วนของอาหารเช้าเฉยๆ เนยสำหรับทาขนมปังมีแต่มาการีน

The first night was terrible, we were given the wrong room. However, the staff told us that it was the right room but will move us to another room the next morning since there some guest who will be checked out. During the time of check in, the staff took sooo long and couldn't find our booking number. We ended stay at such a dirty room for our first night... it was terrible and dirty. However, second night we were moved to the room that looked like the room we booked for. It was nice, but its too late. If hotel has given the wrong room to us, just admit it. DO NOT LIE.
