Service in the hotel restaurant and lobby cafe bar was terrible. The food took ages to prepare even being the only people in the place. Very disappointing!

We had the best time staying here for New Year. Tan who ran the restaurants was incredible. She was so helpful friendly and accommodating. We loved the buffet and fireworks for New Year. We also loved the bay the hotel was based in meant long walks / runs on the beach were possible. The food was fantastic in all the restaurants and the room gorgeous and clean. We liked the multiple pools.

Stayed here multiple times. I’ve loved how accommodating and friendly the manager and staff are and they are clearly focused on guest comfort. The swimming pool is super clean and perfect temperature. Will definitely be back!
