Great property, but so busy. It’s a absolutly massive hotel and busy.
Lifts takes ages, breakfast is chaos! 1 coffee machine, 1000 rude Russians who think they own the place. Use there hands to pick food up, push in and are just rude.
But seriously 1 coffee machine, with at least 500 people at breakfast, if not more. Need at least 5 machines.
We liked it, as the room was great, and clean, location was awesome! Just bfast and Russians bad!

Receptionist is good but hotel room is horrible
"Stand shower was clogged, they changes us to the new room. This new room had no water on the second date. The water was always got stuck in the middle of the bathroom causing so slippery."
