"Whereas the house inside was clean, the dishes, cups and cutlery in the kitchen all needed to be washed before using. There was a blind in the main bedroom but the other 2 bedrooms only had sheer curtains and the 2 "sleep out" bedrooms don't have doors, only a curtain to close off. The BBQ needs to be replaced, was also pretty grotty and we needed to clean before using. The gardens and yard area all need a good tidy up as just looked overgrown and messy and the pool was disgusting. Wouldn't let anyone swim in that and the area around the pool was really untidy and messy. Very disappointed "

"our stay was great, check in process was easy and hustle free, no drama at all. huge kitchen, living area and baths. bed linens were quite dusty so I recommend to bring your own sheets and pillow cases. It would be nice to have a vacuum cleaner so we can clean the floor as we have kids with us. the place was suitable for big families which was a great choice for us, great location closed to mckenzie lake, eli creek, maheno ship wrecks."

"Bree was just lovely, such a nice person. The only downside was that we had no power for the whole week we were there, but in saying that Bree ran out some leads from her place so we had a fridge & hot water. Didn't put a damper on our holiday at all. Loved Fraser. Will be back. "

"The room was a 2 king bedroom. The beds comfy and the bathrooms and kitchen clean. The balcony could have used a sweep before we checked in and a lift would have been ideal for all the luagge to take to level 3. Breakfast was good and an inclusion with expedia. Kids loved the pool. "
