Na szczęście w pobliżu hotelu to możliwe choć nie jest to najtańsza opcja /bezpłatnie dla rezerwacji bezpośrednich i 20EUR dla pozostałych/. Obiekt obsługują wspaniali ludzie, zawsze pomocni i uśmiechnięci. Jednym z ciekawszych udogodnień jest możliwość wyboru poduszki do spania z menu, dzięki czemu pierwszy raz spałem na końskim włosiu. Mały minus za brak gotowości stanowiska do smażenia omletów na śniadaniu od godziny 7. Poza tym śniadania bez zarzutu, szeroki wybór produktów atrakcyjnych, smacznych i dobrej jakości. "A very nice place to stay in the heart of town, I really enjoyed my stay here and had the opportunity to use the sauna room well worth it. Unfortunately, my door lock broke on my first night but the stuff were so good and efficient in rectifying the issue with a new room while they organized a locksmith to come the next day. I really appreciate the effort to fix the issue. I would 100% stay here again."

"We stayed for 1 night and our stay was lovely. The hotel is located only a few steps away from the gondola which can take you to Skalnaté pleso or even Lomnický štít. The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and they managed to check us in straight away. The spa facilities were fantastic with lovely views. Food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel is designed to a high standard with beautiful touches. We wished we could have stayed longer. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope we will stay again in future"
