Host was great, very responsive when the internet went out due to island wide shortage. The unit was super cute as well, everything we needed for a two person stay. Extremely clean. The pool was a nice touch but left much to be desired to be honest. Parking right in front, very convenient. Walking distance to Duval St. if you don’t mind walking a bit, otherwise recommend a car or golf cart (or bike even!).

A lot of stress to recover the deposit

I stayed in this property and left it clean and without any damage, basically the same way that it was when I checked in. I contacted the host regarding my refund and she said it would take 7-10 days for it to show up. I asked again more than 15 days after when I would get my refund and did not get a response. I contacted VRBO as well without success. A few days later I finally got the deposit back
