Step inside to an open and cherry space boasting soaring ceilings and plentiful space for your family gatherings. Enjoy prepping meals together in this fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 4 and indoor dining for 4. Comfortable furnishings surround the living space with a TV for lazy days with lush views of your outdoor oasis through a set of French doors.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
Find a plush queen primary suite up the stairs equipped with a TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination with a private balcony surrounded by vibrant vegetation. The 3rd floor comes with a 2nd queen guest room with a TV and en suite bathroom with a shower. A sofa sleeper resides in the living room with convenience to a powder room off the kitchen.

OUTDOOR LIVING…
Enjoy your very own slice of Paradise on your private deck and patio as your grill up your fresh catch over Happy Hour. Cool off in the Foundry community pool equipped with plenty of loungers. Located in the most desirable community in Key West, this home is walking distance from the Truman Waterfront, Truman Little White House and all the fun on Duval St.

PETS...
Pets 10 pounds or less are allowed with a required pet fee. Please include the size and breed when inquiring.

PARKING...
A parking spot is available to you to make coming and going a breeze! No trailers, boats, jet skis or motor homes are allowed. No vehicle length over 18’ long, including trailer hitches, or 80” wide is allowed on property.

For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
Mid-stay clean

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. Great stay

The property was clean, welcoming and convenient to all of the activities Key West has to offer. The development the home was located in is gorgeous. The only complaint that I would have is the listing stated there was an office which there wasn’t and the washer and dryer that were provided smelled like mold.

Beautiful place! Bright and airy with white and wicker furniture. A beach resort. Nice quiet lane in Truman Annex. Enough room for all of us to be together but have a lot of space.

Best Location On Island & Very Very Nice

The property was excellent. Super-clean. Well supplied. The only difficult part is that it's 3 levels. Bottom floor is main with kitchen, living, bathroom. 2nd & 3rd floors are the two bedrooms bathrooms. All very nice but a bit of a challenge to carry luggage up, etc... Not a showstopper though. The place is so nice and location is perfect and only 1 block from the pool. Will definitely be back!

Perfect location

This condo was just the right size for our two couples. It was a great walkable location ( we wish we hadn’t rented a car) but far enough away from the noise. The controls use a few simple updates like felt pads on the feet of the kitchen chairs (to prevent noise and make them easier to move) a new kitchen trash can and a few more dishes to store leftovers etc. The pocket doors are a nice space saver but could use some adjustment. Overall though it’s very nice, clean and easy to get to. The rental agency staff were kind and accessible when needed for questions.

It was well stocked, clen, convenient and beautifully decorated! A couple of recommendations: full length mirrors in the bedrooms, somewhere to put toiletries in the top level shower, and hand rails all the way up the only true challenge, because I have a full knee replacement. We would stay there again in a heartbeat, the service given by everyone we came in contact with was stellar!

Our daughter & son in law slept on the pull out couch and they said it was the best sofa sleeper they've ever slept on. We also loved the location of the condo, never needed a car as you can walk everywhere. When we first arrived we had a couple of questions - they answered right away and were extremely helpful!! I HIGHLY recommend this property! IT REALLY IS TOP NOTCH!!!

We knew this when we rented the property but found it to be a bigger issue than we had anticipated. The seating at the island (with three barstools) was not a good arrangement particularly for a property that is advertised for 6 guests.The bedding/mattresses were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very good and up to date. The kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils, cooking pots and newer appliances. One addition I would suggest is a hot pot or tea kettle.The property management company was extremely responsive when we contacted them. They deserve 5 stars for sure!

We have stayed in Trumans's Annex before but this was our first time in these condos. Everything was wonderful! The condo has been recently remodeled and it was both beautiful and comfortable. We all had plenty of dresser space to unpack our suitcases and make ourselves at home. The provided linens were clean and plentiful. The location is perfect for walking - we used our car for one grocery trip and then never got back into it. We love the craziness of Duval but then enjoy coming back to the quiet and safety of Truman's. We will definitely return to Topical Front!
