AGE REQUIREMENT:
Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

Wonderful location and wonderful management!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A perfectly located property in a peaceful area within a block of four great restaurants and a few blocks to just about everything else. The team was amazingly helpful with a last second reservation. A real personal touch! Easy to reach someone who could help with whatever complications I ran into.

The property management was very accommodating and helpful. As a former Key West property owner, the property manager was as professional as any I have dealt with.
