This property was great for a fishing weekend and nightlife in Key West. Near everything you want. Food, entertainment, fishing etc. Easy uber to airport, so rental car not needed.

Perfect Location

We had 4 couples stay at this amazing property. The house is perfect; each couple had a bedroom which had its own door to the outside. The garden/pool area is so relaxing, quiet and beautifully protected from the sun. Easy walking distance to Duvall Street, Mallory Square, etc. The host and property managers were very accommodating and quick to respond. We definitely will return to this property.

Superb Stay!

We loved the Key West charm of this home & the convenient location was so close to many local sights... yet surprisingly quiet! A secure home in a safe neighborhood. The unit was clean and roomy, the pool & patio had a nice combination of sun & shade. Individual a/c control for each room to kept everyone comfy. We appreciated the free concierge service & ease of communication with the property manager. We were very happy with our stay.

Perfect

This location was perfect for us to get to many of the main restaurants and activities we wanted to do. The house was also perfect! It was easy for everyone to have their own room and never wake anyone else up! Everything needed was in the house and I enjoyed the little pool area. The property manager was also amazing! Was quick to respond if we had any questions and left good directions and notes around the house to make everything easy.

Best short term rental ever

My family and I took a vote -- this was the best ever. It was super-clean and so well-equipped. My sister-in-law was excited about the ice-maker and the cocktail shaker in particular. It's in a great part of the Old Town -- a quieter part but just a step to everything on Duval and beyond. LOVED the fact we could watch college football on the big TV as well. The check-in was so easy and great communication from the hosts. A bonus was the parking spot, OK it was shared with the upstairs property, but still that's rare and good. The pool looked fun and a really nice outdoor space to a picnic/BBQ and TWO washers and dryers. Would highly recommend. Far exceeded my (rather picky) expectations :) If you want to experience the best of Key West, this is a great choice.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean, decent location. No parking, no beach chairs, no cooler, no working ice maker, no place to store luggage, no late check out. Very minimally stocked kitchen (did not even have salt!) They should have these amenities for the price we paid. Clothing smelled like mildew when we got home.

Outstanding Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautiful and well stocked. It actually seemed bigger than it looked in the pictures. You need to travel through a bedroom to get to the back two bedrooms. The back two bedrooms have outside access so you can get to the kitchen by going outside without having to go through the connecting bedroom. We were only two couples, so not an issue for us but might have been of we brough more people. Excellent location. We never need to use our car. Property manager was very responsive before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property

Great Key West Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and the pool was lovely. Shana the property manager was very helpful. The place was pretty clean. Could use a small air conditioner in the back bathroom. The wood floors in the kitchen could have been a bit cleaner and the place needs a rug next to the door leading out to the pool to protect the wood floor. Very close to shops and restaurants. We didn't need to use our car. Very convenient to have washers and dryers on site. My favorite part was the private pool. We shared it with the people renting the upstairs but we didn't really cross paths, except to say hi. It was a lovely stay!
