Annual Girls Trip

Our group had a wonderful stay! The space was perfect and the bedrooms were a good size. The extra space in the livingroom/kitchen gave us more than enough room. The pool was also a great area to hangout and relax.

Friends getaway

Nice place. Didnt use pool but spacious and relaxing to sit by. Location close to walking to everything in a few minutes (bars, grocery, restaurants, etc). Kitchen could use some extra utensils/pans to make more useful. Would stay again.

Convenient and spacious. One bedroom small with one bed. Other bedroom huge with 2 double? beds. Small pool was a welcome respite from walkinh and bar hopping.

Great location

The unit was comfortable and in a great location. The pool area in the back was very nice and plenty of room even when sharing with people in other units. The pool was clean and warm. This is located 1 block from Duval and a reasonable walk to just about anywhere. The roosters have no respect for our sleep - but that is the case anywhere on Key West! :) We loved our stay and will stay here again if we return.

The management team is wonderful. We arrived early and were struggling with our bags. The team answered my texted and called me. Check in was so easy. The house is also in a wonderful location. We could walk to all the fun sights.

Also, one of my buddies left a suit and steamer in the closet and they promptly shipped it to me following our departure. Definitely recommend this place and the company who manages it.

Great location, parking tricky

Off of Duval but so close to great restaurants and everything Key West has to offer. Cars are parked in single lane driveway so you have to communicate with each other to shuffle! Worked out just fine.

Very satisfied

Everything was as described, clean, and well appointed. We didn’t want for anything, the place was set up with all the necessities. Coffee, paper towels, pool towels, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Even came with detergent !! Cold fridge, range, microwave, dishes, etc; the list goes on and on. My one and only complaint, is one of the many roosters in the neighborhood started crowing, right outside our bedroom window, starting at 4:30 am. Grrrr….. Other than that, it’s a nice place !!!

Great Place to Stay

Paradise Island rental is exactly as pictured in the ad. It is spotless and stocked with everything you will need to spend a few days in Key West. We did not use the pool but it did look sparkling clean and inviting. There were two other vehicles parked in the dedicated parking area while we were there and it was easy to jockey positions when leaving with the other guests. We never left our parking spot (nor did the other two vehicles) during our 4-day stay. The rental property is located in a great area and we walked to everything. Except one day we used the Key West Trolley. Our stop for pick up and drop off was right around the corner. It was a great way to see the whole island. We would recommend the Paradise Island rental if you are looking to stay in Old Key West.

The worst part of our stay was that they could not accommodate our luggage. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. There should be some type of service to hold bags while you are waiting to get into the room or because you complied with their rules and exited the room on time. They offer an off-premises service, which you have to pay for, but that seems unfair. There should be some type of complimentary service offered or hold our luggage on premises.

Plenty of space for a group of 4. The suite had all the amenities you would need for a stay. The grounds were beautiful, the front porch was awesome and the pool was definitely a plus.
