Fun STAY

We had a wonderful time. Most things are accessible with 5-8 block walk to all of the water, restaurants, and bar options you may need. Great weekend stay!

The Inn was such a good place to stay for a long weekend in Key West. The room and bed were super comfortable, the pool area was fun to cool off in, and we could walk to different restaurants and points of interest everyday of the stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

The Scarlet Mango is in a great location, was very clean and the communication with the managers was perfect. Perhaps we got lucky but we could not hear any neighbors for the entirety of our stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to visit! Pros: close to everything, clean, spacious room, beach/pool towels provided, simple check in and check out procedures, great price Cons: have to go to the common area for ice and water

Some Scarlet Mango relaxation…

The property was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The room very clean and nicely decorated. We had one slight issue (with the door keypad) and the property managers were on it immediately. We enjoyed it so much we have already rebooked another trip in two months… we couldn’t get the same room we had the first time but happy to be able to stay at this property again.

Refreshing Stay in Key West

It was a really lovely place to come home to at the end of the day or even midday for a rest between seeing the sights around town. It was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and even just sitting in rocking chairs on the porch with a coffee from Cuban Queen (so quick to walk to from the Inn). When we had an unexpected thing happen and needed some help receiving an overnight FedEx package, innkeeper Liz was so kind and quick to help. We were close to everything we wanted to see but far enough from Duval Street to have restful nights.

Great Location

Great Location! We’ve visited KW 20 or so times, first time at this property. Bed was great. Overall great experience. However, we made a morning call to concierge and received a recorded reply. I left a message and two contact numbers and received no call back. Fortunately, we know the bike rental spots so we just walked in at Eaton and rented. On a scale of 1 to 10; we had a 9.9 great time!

Perfect place to stay in Key West!

Scarlet Mango Keitt is the perfect place to stay in Key West! Quiet, Comfy, and Relaxing! The room was Bright, Clean, and Spotless! King bed was great, decor was fresh, bathroom has a nice rain head shower fixture. You will not regret booking this room. The outdoor area and pool were well kept. You can walk to anything in Old Town Key West from your room. Less than 15 minutes to Mallory Square and the Southern Most Point. Less than 5 minutes to Duval St. We are an active couple in our 50’s and this is one of the nicest places we have stayed in. The positive reviews are proof this is a great place to stay! We would definitely stay here again

Lovely place and great location to Duval Street

The property was a nice spacious room with a comfortable king size bed. The bathroom, especially the shower was very nice. There was a small outdoor pool, which was nice and kept clean. The downside was we had a lot of trouble with the TV, some blinds are broken, didn’t realize that the trash was on the side of the house that we never went to until the last day, and it got pretty noisy at times with roosters crowing in the morning, the street cleaner sweeping in the morning, this is 5 AM for both of those noises, and then one night we had neighbors having a very loud party around midnight 1 AM. The location is convenient to Duval Street. The managers were extremely responsive and friendly.

Communication was great and check-in easy.We enjoyed using the pool, which is heated to a perfect temperature.Location is fantastic: really close to all the action but also far enough to avoid being in the very middle of it.If you’re sensitive to noise I’d recommend you bring earplugs as, inevitably, it’ll be a bit noisy due to street noise, rooster and planes.We were very lucky to find some free street parking, but failing that there is a parking lot nearby for $15 per day.I’d return in a heartbeat!

Great Location / Property; Questionable Management

The room and property were beautiful. The pool area was great to hang out. The location being steps from duval is amazing. Check in and out couldn't have been easier. The issues we had were communication with management and the concierge services. The concierge services were marketed free, they actually charged 20% on top of a delivery fee-- and the groceries they used a delivery service and you also had to pay that. They were late providing an itemized bill- it was only at request. We had similar problems with management as we requested additional cleaning verbally accepted a charge / and via text; then found they charged us extra and did not provide an itemized receipt just a general charge that was astronomical compared to the original amount & cleaning needed done. The place its self is great- the management and marketing make you feel swindled.
