This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom private single family home is a sweet surprise just off Duval St. It's a breath of fresh air as you escape reality and bask in the tranquility of the tropics. Tucked away on a vibrant lane just a stone's throw to all the desirable destinations, this island retreat offers the ultimate serenity.

DETAILS & AMENITIES...
A bright and cheery greeting from this saltwater abode welcomes you as you step into your slice of Paradise. Sink down into the cozy sectional in the Great Room area with a flat screen TV for movie nights. The kitchen comes fully equipped and offers a bar area for 4 so you can whip up your favorite cocktails and snacks before heading out on the town. A washer/dryer is available.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Move upstairs to the king bedroom room which is outfitted with clean, crisp linens, a flat screen TV and access to an outdoor balcony to soak up your peaceful surroundings. Steps away is a bathroom with a shower to wash off the sea and sand. A sofa sleeper resides in the Great Room for additional sleeping convenience.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Enjoy lounging out on your private back deck in the island breeze with good conversation and not a worry in the world. Grill up your fresh catch on the outdoor grill and dine al fresco followed by a peaceful swing in the hammock beneath the stars. This island gem is perfectly located for walking or riding your bike downtown to all the local galleries, bars and restaurants and is just minutes to the sandy beaches of Key West!

Dogs are permitted but no cats please. A pet fee is required.

PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking. There is limited street parking as guests may only park in spaces that are unmarked and not those marked as "Residential Permit." There is also a pay lot at the corner of United and Duval (3 blocks away).

Lovely stay in this small bungalow. So convenient to Duval street and the house was very clean, safe and comfortable. Would totally stay here again. The manager was very responsive and friendly.

Just off Duvall but quiet at night. Bed was fabulous. WiFi was spotty upstairs. Great location for seeing the sights in Key West.

My stay at Kate's Krawl was fantastic! The house was exactly as described—perfect for a long weekend getaway. The location off Duval Street couldn’t have been better, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing and convenient Key West experience. Wonderful Place

Excellent communication with Host. Perfect location for all of Key West. Free parking right across the street. Excellent for a family of 2-4. It is the only vacation my daughter and I have taken by ourselves and it was a once in a lifetime wonderful stay! It is our go to when we return to Key West!

In the heart of everything.

If you like being right downtown in the middle of shops, restaurants and entertainment this place is for you. We parked our car upon arrival and never used it until check out. This is the perfect house for two or maybe three people. We really had a great time.

Great location

The location is great for the quieter side of Duval (after 10 or 11). Really no parking nearby. You load and unload, then decide how far you want to walk or cab to your vehicle. Not far from the Higgs beach dog park. Bars and shops and restaurants everywhere around you.

Great stay at Kate's Krawl off Duval

The location is perfect if you want to be close to Duval St. We could walk everywhere, but loved renting and riding scooters around too. The unit is exactly as described in listing and pictures. We brought our dog too, she loved it. Even though the unit doesn't have a parking spot, we didn't have any issues finding a place. Not only was this a unit in a great spot, Shana, the property manager was very attentive when we reached out. When we come back, we will definitely rent here again!

Lovely stay

Close to Duval, one bedroom plus sofa sleeper, adequate kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and would again if we didn’t bring a car. Description should read that there is NO parking spot and that you have to walk two blocks to find a space on Catherine street every time to park. Easy to reach manager, friendly and helpful. Laundry on back porch.

If you’re looking at this place just book it. Fantastic location and home is as advertised. A couple of small notes. No parking anywhere close. Even parking a rented golf cart had challenges. Toilet area is a bit tight. Found it presented some unique challenges 😄 Would rent it again.

A lovely little condo in the center of it all.

Clean, well-maintained and nicely furnished, this little gem off Duval puts you within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops, and just a short bike ride for anything else Key West has to offer. One caveat: the toilet, located upstairs, is ensconced in a very narrow recess (less than 24" wide). A large man or plus-sized person might find it extremely difficult to use. Other than that, this property is just perfect, and the management team are a pleasure to work with.

Excellent customer service - they even logged out my Direct TV account for me after we left! We will book again next trip to Key West without a doubt.

Wonderful home

We loved our stay. Quiet, clean and private property. Great location right off of Duval and easy to walk everywhere. Plenty of linens and kitchenware was provided. Backyard was great to relax in and laundry was wonderful as well. There was a grill provided. The only things that didn't bother us, but might bother some people are as follows: no coffee provided, low water pressure in the shower and the bathroom toilet niche is very narrow. We've found the water pressure thing is common in Key West as are the small bathrooms too - neither was an issue for us personally. Property manager was very communicate and check in/out was a breeze. We loved this home and will absolutely stay here again!
