We want you to know that your safety and comfort while in Key West is our utmost priority. Cleaning supplies are available as well as all soaps, shampoos, body washes, disposal sponges and detergent for the washing machine.

Boli Townhouse is an extraordinary rental property that you will enjoy with only a short walk to downtown and the beach.

Boli Townhouse is located in the Truman Annex, a gated community in downtown old Key West. The Boli Townhouse is a two bedroom (a king bed in each bedroom), two full bath unit with the master suite on the second floor.

There is a breakfast room, complete galley kitchen, guest bedroom, bath with tub / shower and large L shaped living room on the ground floor. The master suite on the second floor has a sitting area, flat screen TV and a complete bath with walk in shower. The furnishings are DELUXE; this is not your ordinary rental condo (free secure WiFi, three flat screen TV's, CD player, radio, IPod hook up, DVD players with movie library & washer/dryer). Oriental carpets and a great variety of artwork add to the relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor deck has a dining table for six, hammock and a lounge chair for sunning. Boli's pool, is a one minute walk from the front porch, only a splash away!

Almost Heaven

Property was in very good condition overall, was clean and well kept. The rear patio was well furnished and maintained. The location was perfect, a short walk to all of the attractions, dining and shopping. We would definitely stay there again.

Can’t beat this location…or comforts once here. Inside, Nice open space with everything you’ll need. Photos and online Description are spot-on. One of the biggest back porches in the area, dedicated parking space just a few steps out the gate. Two blocks to Duval St, walking distance to east or west ends and all restaurants and shops.

Un-Boli-evable (In a Good Way) Stay at Boli Townhouse!

This has been our 5th time to Key West in 3+ years and 3rd stay at Shipyard and BY FAR this has been the nicest unit we've been in at the Shipyard. From ease in booking, communication from host explaining EVERYTHING, making sure everything was OK during our stay, John was great and I look forward to booking his unit in the future.

Fantastic place to stay in Key West!

The Boli Townhouse was perfect for our Key West vacation. All of the convenience of the Truman Annex - within walking distance of Duval Street and all of the great restaurants in Old Town, yet secluded enough that it was quiet. It is a beautiful home, clean and well maintained. We enjoyed many hours relaxing on the back patio enjoying the warm weather. Thank you again, John, for letting us use your townhouse.

Bolle vacation home, Key West

When you first walk into this home, you realize that you’re in a special place. The decorations remind you where you are, on a tropical island. The furnishings were carefully chosen to match the vibe. This home isn’t large, but it’s just enough to have your space and to be comfortable. If you are looking for a great getaway in Key West, then this home is the best! BTW the upstairs shower fits. Two very nicely...

I work in the field of vacation rental properties in New Jersey so I have a lot of experience with owners, tenants and rental properties. This was, without a doubt, a wonderful home to rent! There were so many thoughtful little extras. The home is exquisitely furnished and decorated. You feel immersed in the whole Key West experience from the moment you arrive. The location is perfect. The property was immaculate. Little notes explained anything you may have a question about. The owners were so kind and thorough and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our time...which we did. The entire week was wonderful and I would highly recommend the Boli house!

Can’t say enough about this beautiful townhouse!

First time in Key West and we really lucked out when we chose this property. Communication with the owner, John, was great from start to finish. After exploring the island, we all agreed this is the BEST location to stay in Key West! The townhouse is right at the entrance to Truman waterfront park. We had our coffee on the benches at the roundabout most mornings while we looked out at the Coast Guard ship and the water. Other mornings we napped on the hammock out on the patio. Perfect for 2 couples since we each had our own king bed and bathroom. The place is beautiful and well stocked for the pool and beach and for cooking at home. We used the patio and grill for cooking one night. This place is so close to Duval and other neighborhoods that dining options were endless. Pool is right at the end of this building. Beach at Fort Zachary Taylor was a short walk. This townhome is something to be proud of for sure! Can’t wait to stay again someday.

I’ve stayed in many places in the Truman Annex, and recently had the opportunity to stay at the Boli House. I found the accommodations to be excellent. The location was near all attractions yet very quiet. The owner was easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. Overall, this was a great experience and I hope to stay here again.

Great stay in a great location

This is the 6th different condo that we have stayed in at Truman Annex. It quickly became our favorite. It was really nice to have 2 bedrooms and two baths, and we loved the outdoor space in the front and back as well. Beds and furnishings were comfortable and there wasn't really anything we needed that wasn't already there. John was very easy to reach and always responsive. Will definitely return.
