Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect cozy spot. Comfortable bed, cold AC. The pool was incredible to cool off from the day. Quiet yet close enough to get to all the things. Reasonable prices as the rooms are small. But really, it's all you need! I'll stay here every time.

Place was as described. Although I was aware how small it was prior to booking, it is definitely hard to envision until you get there but it was just what we needed for two days in key west. It was enough room for us and our two corgis. The pool area is beautiful. The location is amazing and close to so much. We used a bike to get around and it made everything so easy. I also love that we had access to laundry as well as we were doing a two week road trip so this was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxed into the New Year

What a wonderful experience we had in Andy's Attic. The location was outstanding! Pool was very private. Loved the washers and dryer to help us get ahead before flying back home. Street parking was never an issue. Cleaning staff was so sweet and always working very hard. Perfect cozy room for deep sleep and lazy naps. Thank you so much!!!
