Step up to this picture perfect setting surrounded by lush vegetation drawing you into your island dwelling. Find yourself greeted inside with a tastefully decorated and sun-filled Great Room perfect for bringing the family together. Cozy and inviting furnishings surround a flat screen TV for movie and game nights. A fully equipped and updated kitchen allows you to whip up your meals seamlessly for everyone to enjoy around the dining table for 6 or casually at the bar top for 3. 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Head up to the second level to a king guest room with a flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with a shower and jet tub with an adjoining balcony off the suite. On the 3rd floor you will find a room with two twins that can convert to a king upon request, and another queen guest room across the hall. A shared bathroom lies steps away with a shower. A sofa sleeper occupies the Great Room with the convenience of a powder room nearby.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Soak up sultry sunshine and revel in the island breezes out on the back deck with a sparkling private pool (heated in the winter!) gas grill and seating to dine al fresco with a cocktail in hand. Perfect New Years Getaway

This was a perfect stay for our family getaway from the cold weather. The house was perfect and there was enough space for everyone to have some privacy. The pool was a perfect size for our teenagers and adults.

Great location

We had our family of five stay over Memorial Day weekend. It was an amazing location, close to Duval St, very clean and well equipped. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for family of 5 in Key West

We spent Christmas in Key West and this place was perfect for our family of 5. It was super clean, we loved the pool which was warm since it was a tad chilly outside, the host provided all information we needed and location was perfect walking distance to everything but also quiet. We highly recommend this property!

Key West fun

We’ve been to KW many times and wanted to bring our 22 and 21 yo kids to show them the island. We enjoyed the house, it was a great size for 5 people. We enjoyed coffee by the pool every day. The location was ok.

Great property!

We had a family of four, and it was a great trip. The property was a perfect location to walk everywhere. We loved the house. Unlike other house, it was actually cooler on the top floor compared to the other floors, but it worked out well with the bedrooms upstairs. Great communication with the property, and albeit small, the pool was a nice addition.

Great Location

Located 1 block away from Duval Street. Property Manager answered our few questions almost immediately. We enjoyed the pool and ease of checking in and out. Centrally located by everything. I would recommend if you need 3 bedrooms downtown. Off street parking for one car is also included.

Perfect location

Great property! It is 3 levels/floors and bedrooms on 2nd and 3rd floors so don’t recommend if you have problems with stairs. Otherwise perfect for family get away. Pool is in nice shady area off deck and nice fior quick dip to cool off or play with kids after hot day out. Brian was our property manager and he was very responsive. Location is perfect! Close to Duval but just far enough off to get away! Golf cart rental right across street. Mintys was awesome and made golf cart rental fast and easy and let us park cart in lot overnight and pick back up in morning which was great due to limited parking!

Fabulous day in Key West

From the moment we arrived at our Key West retreat, we were enchanted despite the initial hiccup of discovering that two of the bedrooms were situated on the third floor. Yes, the stairs were a bit of a challenge, but what awaited us inside made it all worthwhile. The accommodation was exceptionally cozy, with a delightful small pool that became our little oasis. Cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, and the location could not have been better, placing us right in the heart of Kew West and Duvall st This place is an absolute gem for two couples seeking a memorable getaway. While it would feel snug for three couples due to the layout and privacy considerations, for our group, it was perfect. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Key West, where the charming ambiance and excellent amenities made our trip fabulous!
