AGE REQUIREMENT:
Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

Restrictions/Rules: No smoking. No Pets.

Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

The minor issues we had we taken care of immediately by the management company. My grandchildren loved the shaded pool, and 2 of them swam on their own for the first time! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the absolute ,most Perfect vacation rental. The home is the most charming, historic, Conch home. It has a front porch that will make you swoon, it's so adorable. The home is fully updated with beautiful furnishings, decor and luxurious bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms. There are 3 beautiful bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a huge familiy, dining room with all the comforts of home . The kitchen is modern and has all the items you would need . The back patio is a dream with a small, but deep pool, surrounded by natural , honed coral and a waterfall feature. The deck is a wonderful place to hang out with nice patio furniture, a gas BBQ grill and even an outside shower. The home is historic so all the charm with the moldings, pine floors , walls and celings are lovingly restored to preserve the history.The added bonus of a stackable washer and dryer make it even nicer that you can wash and dry things without taking time out of your vacation. The location is in the heart of everything. No need to rent a car, you can walk everywhere or take a taxi. I cannot wait to visit again and even the most finicky person will fall in love.
