"La verdad este hotel me sorprendió no soy amante de habitaciones con cocina porque se presta a que haya animales rastreros por la falta de aseo y aquí mi habitación estaba perfecta, nunca vi ningún animal. El aire funcionaba perfectamente, las camas cómodas y el lugar muy cerca de todo. Te frecen toallas para la playa, y botella de agua en la entrada. Vi dos bisicletas porsi querías pasear. En general hotel sencillo con todo lo necesario para descansar después de un día de playa. Lo recomiendo y volveremos ahí cuando regresemos a Marco Island."

"This place is very dirty and dated.Housekeeping comes at their leisure if they even come at all.If you are looking for relaxation this isn’t the place there are babies and kids screaming. This Hilton needs to step up their game and have an adults only section and pool like other hotels. If I could give 0 stars I would stay elsewhere!!!!!"

"The suite that we had was like a large 2 bedroom apartment! We took full advantage of the screened in deck and the pool area. I had the opportunity to interact with the main office staff twice during my stay and both times each of them were super polite, friendly, and eager to help with anything I needed. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Host offered early check in,but forgot to change his app he uses to control house. Upon arrival host asked to check pool (his app said it was showing 22*) and it was HOT HOT HOT! Brought it to his attention, long story short - pool was not working properly our entire vacation (went from 110* and was 78* when we left). To the host’s credit, he did have pool company come out Monday after 4:00 (after we reached out to find out status) and again on Tuesday morning 7:00 (woke us, never was told they’d be back) to dump liquids into pool. We never heard back from the host again until I notified him we had left the house, that the pool pump is running non stop and losing temperature minute by minute. He apologized and wished us “safe travels” VRBO care team is now involved - waiting to hear back from them! Sad vacation, never had this happen before. Lanai area was dirty and very worn down."
