Cable TV was available. The grounds and beach area were well kept, with plenty of lounge chairs, and the heated pool was also well maintained with ample seating. The location is excellent—near Sunset Beach, in a great walking area around Key Colony, close to a good biking trail off Highway 1, and easy to get to restaurants and shops in Marathon. Would stay here again!"

This is a great opportunity, because most rental houses or apartments are cheaply furnished and show clear signs of wear and tear.
