Stunning home on the canal with boat dock exclusive Key Colony Beach.

  • Beautifully appointed home on 7th St with the widest canal in KCB. Located across the street from a children's park, dog park, basketball courts and par 3 golf course. Our location is pet-friendly and features a grill & outdoor dining area right on the canal with a boat dock, cleaning table, & bait freezer. Walking distance to Sunset Park and several restaurants. This is the ultimate place to sit back and relax. Rental includes use of Cabana Club membership for up to 5 people daily. As of May 1, 2023, the other half of this duplex (2 bedroom/2 bath) will also be available to rent. Please send a message to inquire about renting both sides.
