Park your boat in the 30’ dock with ocean access just around the corner. Take a short walk to the Cabana Club with pool and beach access down the street. The master bedroom has a king bed with a master bath that includes a separate shower and jetted bathtub, double sinks, and a walk-in closet. The guest rooms have a queen and two full beds, respectively. The house is well-equipped with three Smart TVs, wifi, and cable. The outdoor area includes a fish cleaning station, bait freezer, BBQ, picnic table, and more. Walking distance from all that KCB has to offer - parks, restaurants, golf, etc. | | Key Colony Beach is located in the heart of the Florida Keys, close to Marathon airport. It is about 50 miles driving distance to Key West and about an hour and a half from Miami-Dade. It is the perfect vacation area and one of the best-kept secrets in the Florida Keys! You’ll have direct access to the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful coral reefs nearby, excellent fishing, and diving locations.
