Adorable 2 Bedroom - Key Colony - Cabana Club - Dockage

  • Adorable 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom half duplex. Conveniently located at the top of 4th Street in exclusive Key Colony Beach. Nicely updated, fresh and bright! Walk to the Cabana Club and enjoy the complimentary membership with a large swimming pool, bar/restaurant, beautiful sandy beach. Excellent deep water dockage for up to a 30 foot boat, with quick access to the open Atlantic and the open Gulf via Vaca Cut. Cute outdoor shower and storage space with a bait freezer and full size washer/dryer!
    The interior shines with great updates. The first bedroom offers a Queen bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom offers two Twins and a Full bed. There are smart Tvs throughout in every room except the bunk room- including in the dining/kitchen area and a large TV in the living area. The spacious living area also has 2 Queen sleeper sofas.
