"Good assistance when we had problems! "

"This location was perfect in the countryside and very peaceful. Loved the balcony and the room was comfortable with a nice occasional chair and desk. Bathroom and closet good too. The room was very clean and towels were replaced and the bed made daily but only bathroom garbage was removed, not the garbage in the room and it seemed that the promised cleaning after two nights did not take place so no cups cleaned or tea replaced. The breakfast was good with an offer of made to order eggs daily....

"Bis mir jemand öffnete, dauerte es 20 Minuten und es war nur Zufall, daß ich entdeckt wurde. Auf meine Telefonate reagierte niemand, niemand nahm ab. Die Mitarbeiter/innen bewergten sich bis auf eine ohne Maske im ganzen Hotel. Mein Zimmer (5) hatte eine durchgängig schimmlige Geruchsnote. "2人房間酒店空間足夠，乾淨舒適。早餐很豐盛CP值高，用餐環境很棒。 但入住時正值盛夏，旅館房間內並無冷氣空調、也沒有冰箱。只有一只小小並故障的電扇。只好自己花錢買一架電扇。否則無法入睡。"

"Have to say we loved everything about our stay at Maasparel Nextdoor. The town of Arcen is lovely. Our room was clean, with great décor, comfortable beds and a awesome view of the river. The food for breakfast was delicious as well. By far the very best part of our stay was the friendly staff. Lisa and her team were warm, welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. We could not have been happier with our 2 night stay. "
