"Uma excelente experiência à beira mar, no Senegal. Resort com uma boa infraestrutura, equipe atenciosa e sorridente. Acomodações simples, mas aconchegantes (carecem de uma modernizada), com ótima qualidade de sono. A equipe de entretenimento muito boa, o Resort oferece show durante às noites de finai de semana que são muito bacanas e valem a pena. A comida é bem feita e diversificada, porém, para um "Resort All Inclusive", seria preciso manter uma infraestrutura de alimentação ao longo de todo o dia, desde o café da manhã até pós o jantar, como os demais da categoria, caso contrário, seria um "Resort com pensão completa"!! Sentimos falta de opções disponíveis entre as refeições. Apesar de dispor de um leque de bebidas disponíveis o dia todo, a qualidade das bebidas deixa um pouco a desejar, pois só havia 1 tipo de cerveja e estava quase sempre quente! As demais bebidas alcóolicas não eram conhecidas. No geral à uma boa opção para quem vem ao Senegal, mas não surpreende muito, pelos detalhes."

"Had a great one night stay with no issues! Extremely clean facilities. Super friendly service from the front desk staff, driver, and cleaners. I was so grateful for the free airport shuttle. I emailed in advance to book and the driver was outside holding a sign with my name. Seamless service! The gym is awesome, my only feedback is to add disinfectant spray or wipes for guests to use after using each machine or piece of equipment. There was a cleaner wiping things down but I'm doubtful this was actually disinfecting. Thanks so much!"

"The room was absolutely gorgeous and the staff went above and beyond to decorate for my husband's birthday. The food was delicious and they were very accommodating with all our requests. One of our favorite moments was seeing all the monkeys running across the property. They seemed so carefree and it was an amazing experience. Our only issue was the outdoor shower was freezing cold. We would definitely recommend visiting."

"The room was space & clean . Comfortable bed. Refrigerator is small but kept clean. Bathroom has floor tiles ,however the shower area is wide open & water spills out ( walk carefully to avoid falling ) there’s a safe but it is not bolted down & can be easily moved. The bathroom door has keys but doesn’t lock. TV works great . Small balcony but nice & clean. Closet is big & clean . When we booked on Expedia it says the hotel provides a shuttle : #1 , we emailed 3 times no , response . Called & spoke to staff. Staff said there will a shuttle…. it is a taxi driver ( Raymond Diop ) directed us to talk Bernard ( staff in charge ) he didn’t give us the price from Dakar airport to Hotel Residence Khadija. Raymond took me to buy supplies ( second trip ) drop us back to the airport for a grand total of $100. We sincerely believe we over paid & they ( Bernard & Raymond ) never offered to make it right . The food was excellent. Kitchen staff need customer service training, they seemed timid & no warm welcome/smiles. I had fish Yassa ,that I will recommend. The pool is beautiful & clean with an outdoor shower to rinse off . There was a conference going on with folks speaking into a loudspeaker fairly late & early in the morning. Made it hard to rest/sleep. Reception/front desk was good . The hotel is fairly close to the airport ,which makes it an ideal place to stay if you are on transit. Wouldn’t mind stay here but will have to see some tangible improvements. "
