Beautiful Keuka Lake is the most picturesque of New York's pristine Finger Lakes, in the heart of the wine country. It is 20 miles long, boasts about 60 miles of shoreline and a maximum depth of 186 feet. It has become the top destination in the Finger Lakes Region.
Located within a short walking distance to Keuka Lake State Park (with boat launch and many hiking trails), our charmingly rustic, very clean cottage is situated on a quiet, private road with spectacular views overlooking the northwest branch of the lake. This cottage is perfect for a couple or a small family.
Sit back, unwind and enjoy the gorgeous romantic sunsets on 50 feet of lake frontage next to your crackling beach bonfire. Swim, fish, or take the rowboat out for a leisurely ride. Or simply take in the beautiful scenery from the comfortable patio chairs on the partially covered deck after a relaxing day of wine tasting.
The cottage is 7 miles from Penn Yan, 1 mile from Basin Park Marina (boat rentals, etc.), a very short stroll to Keuka Lake State Park, close to the famous Keuka Lake Wine Trail for tastings and tours, hiking, golfing, gift shops, antiques, many restaurants and much more.

Wonderful Getaway

My husband and I loved our stay at this charming cottage. It was truly a relaxing getaway. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and visiting the local wineries. This was our first stay here and we look forward to staying again.

Beautiful cottage on Keuka Lake!

We had a wonderful time at this place. Lake was clean and beautiful, area was quite and serene. Nice neighbors and hosts! Wine tasting near by and great waterfalls. This place is a must visit for a relaxing and easy vacation.

We stayed here near Labor Day 2024. Very nice location and beautiful view of Keuka Lake. Morning Kayak paddles were great. We also have access to the nearby State Park and launched our boat there throughout our stay. Cottage was very comfortable,

Lakeside Cottage

We had a wonderful getaway. It is remote, quiet and has scenic views. Very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed a day of fishing in Keuka Lake and seeing the waterfalls at Watkins Glen.

Cozy and relaxing

We had a great stay! We felt at home from the sweet welcome note to the cheese and crackers. We played scrabble on the back porch while listening to the lake. The dock and beach are fantastic! We hope to come back again in the warmer months as a family!

Best View on the Lake

perfect little cottage

this cottage had everything we needed and more. the views of the lake were wonderful , taking short trips to nearby towns like PennYan and Hammondsport were great fun , plenty of great places to eat . everyone one we met was extremely nice , and the owners of the cottage were wonderful as well .

I can't say enough about how amazing this property is! The house is clean and comfortable and incredibly welcoming. Everything you could wish for to have a worry-free stay is there. The location is very convenient to various local attractions and the views of the lake are unsurpassed. Quiet getaway

We loved our stay at this cottage! The sunroom, covered porch, open porch, wonderful hammock, and beachfront chairs all made terrific spots for relaxing. It’s within a 15-minute drive of Aldi and Seneca Farms ice cream, which made our vacation very convenient. I would love to stay again in the future!

Another great stay!

This was our second stay in the cabin. Highly recommend. Nice location in a quiet part of the lake. Short walk to Keuka Lake State Park. Convenient to wineries, breweries and Penn Yann. Cabin is very comfortable and well equipped. Thank you for another lovely stay!

Wonderful Escape

This property was picture perfect. It was a quaint cottage with everything needed. My husband and I were able to fish, kayak, and enjoy the weather. It was the escape we needed to relax and reconnect! We already booked it for next year!

cottage was a quiet peaceful refuge from all the hustle of every day things in life. Every one we met in the area were VERY FRIENDLY. We would come back here in the future. The owners were very nice to talkto and gave us advice on what to see and do in the area.

Slice of Paradise

The view is incredible and the location can’t be beat! We had one rainy day but the deck has some coverage so we were still able to be outside and enjoy the view despite the weather not cooperating. There were some nice personal touches *no spoilers* when we arrived that made us feel welcomed. Overall, we enjoyed our time and look forward to staying again.

Views are excellent but accessibility is poor

Property is appealing and the views are excellent. Getting from parking spots to and from the cottage are challenging: multiple steps with no handrails. Difficult to locate cottage in the dark.

Great Getaway

We have stayed at several locations in the Finger Lakes. Keuka Lake is very nice since it is a smaller lake, but very close to Penn Yan with nice shopping and dining options. So you get the best of both worlds here. We enjoyed walking the Outlet rail trail and kayaking on the lake. Only caution is it takes two flights of stairs to get to the lake, which were not a problem for us but might be a mobility concern for some. Overall a very quiet and relaxing location, definitely would recommend.
