"Everything was Great. Had a nice Long Weekend, being right on the lake was Fantastic. The back porch was amazing too just relax and see and listen to the lake. The local area was great, the Blue Eagle Bar was Awesome as well as Y Knot, a small Pizza and market, the people were very nice and the food was Great, would definitely recommend the house and those places to dine. "

"Wow! What a cute, comfortable, super clean cabin!! We loved having a fire in the fire pit and enjoyed coffee on the porch swing in the morning. The stars were so beautiful too! This was a relaxing getaway! Thanks to the hosts for making it a wonderful experience! Also the outlet trail was so interesting and beautiful! If any of your party has trouble walking you can drive most of the way to the Seneca Falls. Park next the trail and it’s just a quarter of a mile to get there. "
"We enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated farmhouse in a beautiful off the beaten path country setting. Close to many finger lake attractions, a short drive to Pann Yen restaurants and just over an hour to Ithaca. The home was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with items for cooking/baking. There was a nice coffee maker, w/plenty of Keurig pods and sugar/creamer packs provided. The filtered water cooler and outdoor hot tub was a big plus! The place was so new, it still had some smells of lacquer from new custom kitchen cabinets, but I’m sure that will pass in time. The beds and bedding in 2 rooms we used were very comfortable. The furnishings were nice, clean and area rugs very soft underfoot. We were expecting no TV, and looked forward for the time without that distraction. We were not expecting no dishwasher in the huge new kitchen, so be prepared to hand wash dishes. Also bring wineglasses and bottle opener if you plan to go to the numerous finger lakes wineries and bring some wine back to the house—those are not provided (but are easily available at nearby wineries) We didn’t use the nice fire pit area, stocked with wood and fire starter, but it looked great!Unforeseen circumstances arose and we needed to add an extra day & it was available. That process to add a day was very smooth and easy, so we appreciated that very much. Overall a very nice stay, we would book again! "

"This has to be one of the BEST places we have ever stayed. Hands down. The property owner is absolutely friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is top notch. Perfect amount of space. The kitchen is super cute and fully furnished with anything you'll ever need. Absolutely loved the wall of board games. We took a couple of photos of the doggy/jail cell. We didn't bring any animals with us this trip, but may bring our dog the next trip. The outdoor patio was probably our favorite part about it. We spent most nights out there playing darts and relaxing. Perfect walking distance to breakfast, lunch, dinner and downtown Penn Yan. We will 100% be staying here again for our next visit to Penn Yan. Only suggestion I have would be to possibly put some pull down blinds on the two exterior doors. During the day, you can't see inside because of the privacy film, but at night, when the inside lights are on, anyone outside can see all the way through to the inside. "
