The room we booked online is not the same as what was allocated to us when we got there. Secondly we couldn’t get to use the pool because it was drained

Went there with my wife and couldn’t recommend a more peaceful and relaxing place. The staff ware very friendly, courteous and very helpful. We enjoyed every bit of the resort!!! Will definitely recommend this place!!!
