Hotel war anfangs geschlossen, danach teilte man uns mit wir können für eine Extrazahlung unsererseits trotzdem bleiben. Nicht wenn ich viel Geld erhalten würde!! Schmutziger Bettlaken, schmutzige Handtücher, keine funktionierende Toilettenspülung, Duschkopf direkt über Toilette, überall Dreck und Schimmel.....

Breakfast included it was definitely worth the price. Good location if you have a scooter and already know some places nearby. Rooms weren't including all items listed and shover/wc was in pretty bad condition.

L'envers du décor.

Vous arrivez dans une petite ruelle et découvrez un mini jardin tropicale(50 m²) derrière une jolie porte en bois. Là, 5 petits bungalows et un comptoir: réception-kitchenette-dépotoir. Vous ne voyez pas tout de suite la porte ouverte entre deux bungalows, pourtant c'est la douche chaude COMMUNE, avec à l'extérieur LE LAVABO. Vous entrez dans votre chambre et là, un lit, une armoire et une table basse forment le mobilier, sans oublier la télé, vieux modèle sans rapport avec l'écran plat 29´ prévu!!! La salle de bains privative se résume en un réduit immonde de saleté dans lequel vous avez un WC jaunâtre et un tuyau de douche. Appeler cela une chambre de luxe est un honte. Par contre, le staff et les patrons sont adorables.

Great bang for your buck!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dana Guesthouse Bali. The room was simple but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was made to order every morning and they served us pancakes, eggs to your preference, toast, fresh fruit, and tea. We thought the breakfast was great and an important part of a comfortable stay away from home. The location is a bit away from everything so renting a scooter either from the guesthouse or from one of the many rental places around Bali is a good idea. The guesthouse will charge you 50000 rupiah ($4) a day for a scooter (which is a fair price). The only thing we were missing was a swimming pool for the hot sunny days.

Friendly and helpful staff, met my expectation.

Clean room, friendly staff and owner, peaceful and quite place. Good if you wants to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Even offer complimentary motorbike, however do check the condition first. Mine...the lights were out. Nonetheless, it was a quick fix with a replacement bulb. I'll consider coming back.

Basic sleep-over

This is a basic lodge - reflected in the price. Very nice people, but bed was worn down and smelled of mosquito-repellent. Room vey dim and shower with cold water only. No sink or fridge in room, but hot water shower in separate room for common use. Main problem is far away location - need scooter or car to get anywhere. Would rather spend some more and get better and more central location.

very simple

It is a very little guesthouse with poor bath room facilities, the only warm shower is shared amongst all guests. there are 5 bungalos each with a shower and a toilet. ours had no sink. the bed sheets are clean and the room is clean, but the bathroom (if one can call it that) was not.

Perfect welcoming stay for anyone ôn a budget

Was a little apprensive about staying here as I had just left my friends to travel alone but putu picked me up from the airport with a massive smile and was instantly welcoming. Room had a double bed and own bathroom (cold shower but there is a warm one if you would like it) breakfast is made fr you every morning & there was a free shuttle into Seminyak every morning. Free tea & coffee whenever you wanted, DVDs in your room & always feel welcome. Would recommend this place to stay for backpackers or just people on a budget. As ever, made better by the staff.

Tres bien ! Mais il serait bon d'ajouter deux informations dans la description: Il faut absoluement prevenir de son arrivee car il n'y a plus personne apres 19-20h, c'est un coup a rester dehors si on arrive trop tard ! il n'y a pas grand chose proche sauf un petit snack-bar, le Coca Loca qui en vaut la peine.

A little out of the way

Not bad but they do over exagerate on the ammenities. A few things were wrong but the occilating fan nailed to the wall does not make a ceiling fan. Although it does do a good job. The staff was helpful, and can scramble a mean egg. If you can ride a motor bike in Bali the this is a nice place. Close to Echo beach, cab to Kuta beach not bad.

Staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean the area was amazing and small and cozy. About six km from the nearest beach, good restaurants close to danas. Homey feeling.Easy to organize tours with staff.

清潔感がある日本人には不適です。

部屋はクーラーもなく、シャワーも壊れています。 スタッフや宿泊者は良い人が多いですが、暑いバリには少し過ごしにくい部屋です。 宿泊者でもない意味不明な人達にシャワーから早く出ろと言われたり、あまりお薦め出来ません。
