A large house a few hundred meters from the sea and coastal paths with a large garden. Located between the Pointe du Raz and the course of the goat, near Douarnenez and Locronan. With its picturesque appearance ty coz Breton this house can accommodate six people for a quiet holiday and an unforgettable holiday that gives seen over the bay of Douarnenez and its port.

Un magnifique endroit pour se reposer et faire diverses promenades et randonnées en Bretagne. François a toujours été là pour nous et nous a aidé avec beaucoup de conseils. Être le bienvenu avec 4 chiens n'est pas une évidence et nous en sommes très reconnaissants et serions heureux de revenir. Merci beaucoup

Agréable séjour en campagne, face à la mer

Ancien corps de ferme transformé en logement où l'on retrouve un cadre idéal pour profiter pleinement de ses vacances. La village le plus proche est à cinq minutes en voiture, avec tous les commerces necessaires. François, le propriétaire est discret tout en étant disponible à vos besoins. Et quel plaisir ce fût de profiter chaque soir de ce magnifique couché de soleil sur la terrasse

Erstes Mal Bretagne

Ein einfaches, kleines Haus das aber alles hatte was nötig ist (neue Matratzen wären hilfreich und der Grill war etwas marod…) Die Lage hingegen war genial - in 8 Min zu Fuss an einen Strand! Unsere Hunde waren herzlich willkommen. François war enorm hilfsbereit und freundlich - vielen lieben Dank! Wir kämen gerne wieder!!!

Haus an der Küste

Der Besitzer ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Haus war sauber und zweckgemäss für unsere 5-köpfige Familie. Das Wetter war leider eher durchzogen und entsprechend waren wir relativ viel im Haus, anstatt im Garten oder am Strand. Für diesen Zweck ist das Haus ok, aber nicht supergemütlich.

Wunderschön

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal bei François, aber diesmal in dem größeren Haus. Der Ausblick von dort auf den Atlantik ist einfach traumhaft. In diesem Ferienhaus fehlt es einem an Nichts. Wir haben uns hier wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. François ist ein überaus netter Vermieter, der immer ansprechbar ist und darauf bedacht, dass es seinen Gästen an Nichts fehlt, aber dabei nie aufdringlich. Rundum absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Super Lage, auch für viele Ausflüge im Umland; Haus geräumig u mit allem ausgestattet- nicht nur die übliche Sparaustattung! WLAN war wettersbhängig manchmal für die Teens etwas schwach, aber für uns sehr erholsam. Vermieter ist wirklich ein sehr netter, aufmerksamer u immer erreichbarer Ansprechpartner, der Cidre zur Begrüßung kommt noch dazu. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Séjour breton en famille proche de la mer

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille avec un propriétaire aux petits soins avec nous, sans pour autant être envahissant. Le gîte est très bien équipé et se trouve à proximité de plusieurs lieux incontournables. Je ne peux que conseiller cette location ! Maureen Garnier

Rustikales Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung

Das Haus liegt wunderbar an einem Hang mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Garten ist riesengroß und zweigeteilt. Aus beiden Teilen hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Der Garten ist nach Westen ausgerichtet, so dass man die Sonnenuntergänge direkt vom Grundstück aus beobachten kann. Das Haus ist rustikal eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Der Strand ist fußläufig. Nach Douranenez kann man wunderschön an der Küste entlang wandern. Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch das Cap de la Chevre. Insbesondere die Südostküste lohnt sich für Wanderungen. Sehr viele Buchten mit kleinen Stränden, die man leider nicht mehr vom Wanderweg erreichen kann. Dafür sind die Aussichten umso schöner. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Haus mit sehr vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Prachtige plek

Wat een geweldige plek om te verblijven. We waren daar met onze 2 honden die het zo naar hun zin hebben gehad. Tot laat kijken naar de ondergaande zon. Het kan niet beter. 1 puntje van kritiek moet dan wel zijn dat het huisje niet echt heel schoon was. Vooral de keuken had even nagekeken moeten worden. Verder hebben we een geweldig verblijf gehad. De gastheer was ook sympathiek en had er zelfs voor gezorgd dat een engelse buurvrouw bij de uitleg aanwezig was.

Une maison idéale pour découvrir la magnifique région!

En août 2022, notre famille (quatres personnes et un chien) a passé deux semaines superbes dans cette maison. Depuis le grand jardin on a une vue magnifique sur la mer et la baie (en plus, il ne faut pas bouger de sa chaise pour voir un beau coucher de soleil). L'environnement est agréablement calme, on croise rarement les voisins et c'est toujours sympa d'échanger des mots avec le proprétaire. En plus, il faut seulement 10 minutes pour aller à la plage. L'argument le plus important pour nous de recommander cette maison, c'est la position idéale. Il y a maintes choses à faire dans les alentours; des belles randonnées sur les sentiers côtiers pédestres , découvrir des plages différentes, visiter des villes comme Quimper ou Locronan (on a vraiment aimé la dernière), faire une visite d'un petit château ou des activités sportives comme le kayak, le surf, le char à voile etc. Pour cela, il faut toujours prendre la voiture mais le chemin ne prend qu'environ 30 et 60 minutes (cela dépend de chaque visite et activité). Alors, il y a toujours quelque chose à découvrir! Pour faire les courses il faut également aller en voiture mais sur la route on trouve toujours une boulangerie ou un supermarché. En plus, il y a des marchés pendant toute la semaine dans des villes différentes avec des produits frais et locals. La maison est parfaite pour ceux qui aiment être dans la nature, de se reposer et de connaître cette belle région dans la Bretagne. En tout cas, ces deux semaines ont filé trop vite pour nous mais on a vraiment profité de chaque jour!

Traumhaus in Traumlage

Wir kommen schon einige Jahre in die Bretagne. Dieses Haus ist das beste, das wir bisher hatten. Ein altes Gemäuer, jedoch sauber und hell renoviert. (Keine alten bretonischen Schränke, neue Betten mit sehr guten Matratzen) Die Lage ist ein Traum, der atemberaubende Blick aufs Meer und der große Garten zur freien Verfügung. Unser Pudel hat sich, wie auch wir, sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden (auch in der Küche fehlt nichts!). Das Internet, trotz geringer Geschwindigkeit auch zum streamen geeignet. Über die Lage brauche ich nichts zu sagen, der Strand fußläufig und die interessanten Orte nahe bei. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett! Er hat sogar für eine Übersetzerin bei der Begrüßung gesorgt. Er ist immer erreichbar, aber nie aufdringlich - wir wünschten, wir könnten besser französisch. Vielen Dank für den gelungenen Urlaub! Wir kommen sicher zurück! Herzliche Grüße an Familie Crocq
