Best B&B Ever!!

This was the best Bed and Breakfast that we’ve ever visited! Mrs.Anne was amazing, the food was amazing, and they were very helpful as far as setting up transportation for us and dealing with the airline when they lost our luggage! We will definitely stay here every time we return! 10/10 Highly Recommend!!

The Irish breakfast was amazing! The eggs were laid by chickens on the yard and the meats and puddings were locally sourced. After a week in Ireland, nothing compared! Our hosts were warm and friendly (Jenny made our breakfast and also sat down to talk with us, which we greatly enjoyed). The surrounding area was beautiful as well.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! It was like visiting a friend or relative. Parking was nice, breakfast was homemade, home grown, and amazing! Snailbox down the way also has amazing beef stew. It’s not far from Hill of Tara or Newgrange. Highly recommend staying!

Our stay at the Stone Lodge was more than I could have imagined. Everywhere you look there is beauty. The pampering provided to us as guests in celebration of our 30th Wedding Anniversary could not have been grander. From homemade jams and breads to luxury accommodations under fresh sheets and snuggly comforters, a kitchen warm with yummy odors, gardens bursting with fruit and vegetables. Our hosts were so lovely, helpful and kind. A must for anyone seeking a truly unique Irish experience.

I would HIGHLY recommend this lovely place. The proprietors take great care of everything here, have an organic vegetable garden and orchard and chickens. They have a grey water collection/recycling system, and composting system for all food scraps. Breakfast was delicious (I opted for the full Irish) and all the jams are homemade from their fruit (and the eggs are fresh!) It's very convenient for anyone going to Brú na Bóinne, easy to find right off the highway, and parking is secure and free.

I have stayed in B&Bs before. The room I was staying was not at all like a B&B. It was cramped with lots of gym equipment. The internet and cell phone connection was spotty due to location. On the good side, the owner was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

Anne et son mari nous ont très bien reçu, dans une "cabine" au milieu d'un jardin parfaitement entretenu. Le matin nous avons le choix entre plusieurs options de petits déjeuners fait maison, dont les oeufs des poules du jardin. N'hésitez pas à demander des recommandations pour les lieux à visiter aux alentours, c'est grâce à leurs conseils que nous avons découvert de petites villes magnifiques. Bref, un super séjour.
