4 night stay, not what we thought

The listing was mostly accurate as to the appearance of the property, although, it appears much brighter in the listing. There is a smell to the well water and we were hesitant to bathe with this water. Bottled water was provided for drinking. The bathroom sink drained slowly and appeared to get worse during our stay. The window AC unit was undersized for the unit and was loud. Lastly, we encountered small brown beetles inside the property. They also appeared to grow in number during our stay.

Cute house

The house was very cute but the water is horrible. Yes I know it's well water but the smell is horrible and you can't even brush your teeth with it. Other than that it was nice. There are a couple things I would add just to make it a little more comfortable. Maybe add a small lamp in the living room so people don't have to leave a big light on while trying to relax. Also maybe add a couple more extra blankets just in case someone needs one. A night stand in the bigger bedroom next to the bed would be nice also. Just a few suggestions but other than that we had a nice stay.

Good Location for Biking

Small house a street off Brady Lake, very clean and up-to-date. The house sends an email warning to not leave food behind, which whomever was there before us apparently took to mean don't leave anything behind. (No salt or pepper? C'mon... Good thing Wal~Mart's close by...) We used as a base for cycling and the location was our primary interest because it is about a 1/2 mile ride to the Portage County Hike and Bike Trail, which connects to other nearby trails. Side note: While there, we learned that Brady Lake has an interesting history which you can check out by searching for the documentary Seances & Sloth Machines: The Story of Brady Lake Park.

Cute little house

We needed a place to stay for a couple of days that was close to Kent State University. This house was perfect for my husband and I. Was very clean. Good communication with owner. Highly recommend.

We were Able to check in on time the house was clean and ready to go the only set back was I was under the impression that it was lakewiew but it was all good my niece leaves on the lake
