Dover, England, is a major port for ferries to Calais, France. The White Cliffs of Dover form part of the English coastline facing the Strait of Dover and France. The cliff face, which reaches a height of 350 feet (110 m), owes its striking appearance to its composition of chalk accented by streaks of black flint. The cliffs, on both sides of the town of Dover in Kent, stretch for eight miles (13 km). June 2017

Townhouse is beautiful and the staff are really friendly. The room was quite cold though and we couldn't get the heating to work on our first night. TV in rooms are very dated and we couldn't cast to them or stream anything thst was a bit disappointing.
