Location is great here. Rooms do not give that clean look I’m use to seeing in hotels. Doors in my room were dirty. Nothing a quick wipe down at cleaning couldn’t help. Carpet looked filthy was not comfortable without my shoes. Showers could have used a good scrub down. Water would back up in shower as well. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful.

The original room was old and dirty. The bed was full of hairs. They upgraded us to a room that was renovated which was much better. The room was okay but not worth the price. The pictures on the site definitely do not look the same in person. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I loved just about everything about this hotel! You can’t beat the location, right in the middle of everything. What especially surprised me was that even though it’s so close to times square, my room was always quiet. The staff were absolutely incredible and accommodating. The only complaint i have is that there was no breakfast, because the Premier is being renovated. I would have liked to know that ahead of time, but that didn’t ruin how awesome this hotel was. If I come back to NYC I’m definitely staying here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sheraton. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The bed was more comfortable than my own and the view from my room was amazing. An exceptionally busy and well established hotel in Times Square. It moved like a well oiled machine, the staff were exceptional and our room was perfect for our needs with very comfortable beds. If you want to be in the middle of NYC hustle and bustle, I would recommend.
