I brought the issue to the attention of hotel staff right away, and I was verbally assured that I would receive a refund due to the conditions. However, despite being promised a refund by word of mouth, the refund has still not been processed or reflected back to me. I am requesting that the agreed refund be honored promptly due to the unlivable conditions of the hotel room and the inconvenience caused."
