"The pull out couch was filthy. It had a fitted sheet that was covered in stains. Not stains that stay after a wash. Stains from not being cleaned. We didn’t have enough towels for our room. We booked for 5 people with 2 towels in the room. When asked for more i was only given 1. "

"Average stay. No microwave, so could not warm up my dinner. And I also paid an extra $10 for breakfast, that was not offered or provided. Bathroom floor was God awful dirty, I was trying to wipe up the water after my shower and their white towel came out black. Then on checkout day, I left at 11:00 a.m., giving my key back to the front desk. I get a phone call at 2:00 p.m. while I'm at home asking if I've paid for another night because check out was at noon. Weird. My hallway smelled like marijuana. But it is what it is. Next time I'll check out the Holiday inn across the street"

"No bathroom tissue upon arrival had to go to lobby to get toilet tissue; no working telephone in room. Hotel sign says it is non smoking but room reaped of cigarette smoke. Bathroom sink dirty and slow draining : wall painting broken and hanging! Worst Quality Inn that I’ve ever stayed?!"

"I booked a double queen room and they decided to change it for king room, which is a lower price than what I paid. They defused to switch the room or refund the difference. To top it off, the quilt was dirty, the bathroom can use some paint and the bathroom room door some soap. Don't expect to stay there again. Don't recommend it. "

"Overall a quiet stay. Staff was friendly and helpful helping me navigate the area. I would say my only issue was the broken door in the lobby but overall, i liked it. I'll be returning"
