Just a walk to Dock Square! This house has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Ride your bike or walk on the side walk all the way into town! The first floor features 3 bedrooms (one is a master suite), living room and eat in kitchen. Downstairs is a second living space, utility room, entrance to garage. Gas grill and table on back deck. Only 1 mile to Dock Square and 2 miles to Gooch's Beach! This property offers a spacious back yard and back deck. This property has parking for 5 vehicles maximum. Parking details will be provided in your arrival email after booking. Beach parking pass provided upon arrival. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! Dogs welcome upon approval only. Pet fee $150/dog. The indoor fireplace is not in working order and can not be used. Inquire with any questions!

The house was very comfortable, well appointed and clean in a nice, quiet neighborhood walkable to town. We had a great 9-day stay with our dog. Communication with Coastline was seamless when we had questions. Would definitely stay again.
The home was well maintained, clean and well stocked! The location was perfect! Right down the road from beautiful beaches. With 2 dogs, we enjoyed the fact that they could run and play in the back and side yards. The front landscaping could use a little refresh. Paige was very nice and helpful and attended to every question immediately. We had a wonderful time!
It is about a mile to the edge the town. Inside very comfortable outside could use a clean up

Wonderful and comfortable
This lovely home on a quiet street was absolutely wonderful for our vacation in Maine. It was impeccably clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Coastline was very welcoming and communicated well throughout our stay. There was a beautiful back yard, a bar be que, games, and a very nice television to enjoy. There were even three bicycles which we rode every day! I would definitely stay here again on another visit to the area.
We had the perfect stay at this house. It was just outside of town. A strait shot to the port and Kennebunk Beach. The house had plenty of space, was clean and tastefully decorated. We were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the kids could ride bikes in the neighborhood safely. Our dogs loved sitting on the deck. The owners were easy to reach and pleasant to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this property when visiting Kennebunkport.
Stayed with our three teens and dog. House is very nice- eat in kitchen, and two living rooms allowed us to spread out. About one mile outside of downtown KPT. Very nice inside and super clean. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would definitely recommend.
The property was as described, on a quiet block approx 1 quick mile to downtown Kennebunkport (aka great location). The house itself was perfect for what we needed, a 3 BR/2 Bath ranch with plenty of space for the 3 of us (2 adults + 1 3 y/o). The deck off the kitchen, grill, fire pit and beach equipment all made this a lovely property to stay in for a week. BONUS in that they allow pets, so our dog Wally could stay with us the entire trip. Would come back again!

KBT neighborhood house
This property is just a renovated split level home w/ all bedrooms upstairs with the kitchen, living room and deck. Recent renovations help make the house feel more modern than its years. Master bedroom is spacious w/large dresser and Roku tv. The master bath is tiny but serviceable with a small walkin shower. Alternatively, the hall bathroom is quite spacious (2 sinks and ample counter)
The large, bright kitchen is well equipped w/the necessities (microwave, hand mixer,
Crock pot, measuring cups and more). If you use more than salt& peper to season your food,
you will need to pack it. Deck has a 4top table and a brand new grill!
The basement/lower level serves as a small tv room with 2 couches. I noticed board games for all ages on both floors.
The neighborhood is extremely quiet and a walkable 1 mile from the shops & restaurants in the port.
Great property, nice and clean, very comfortable. Communication and helpfulness from property manager was great. Nice quiet neighborhood and great location for proximity to dock square and the beach!
Nice property, well kept! Pretty much well stocked so you don’t have to bring everything from home! It was a great vacation! Big plus for the extra living space down stairs Helpful when you have kids with you
We had a great time on our trip to Kennebunkport. The house is really well located, extremely clean, and exactly what we needed. The house managers were very prompt and attentive to any questions we had. We would go back in a heartbeat!
