This condo is a gem!! Beautiful, modern, and clean rooms with a lovely kitchen and dining area. Gorgeous sun room with a fantastic view of the river. It is a short walk to the towns of Kennebunk and Kennebunkport which have lots of great restaurants and shops. Host was very nice and easy to reach if necessary. We all loved out stay here very much!!

This location of this property cannot be beat, walkable to Dock Square - where parking can be a challenge. The three bedrooms and three baths worked great for 3 couples. Great value!

Wonderful

The condo was great, very clean and comfortable, stocked with everything you might need. The location was very convenient, a short walk to town. Early mornings on the 4 season porch was my favorite. We look forward to staying here again soon!

This is an amazing property. Walking distance to all of Dock Square. Beautiful views of the tide going in and out. Very spacious property. Bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need and is spacious. Beautiful dining area.

Cannot wait to stay here again

This is the perfect location to experience Kennebunkport. An easy walk to dock square, coffee, restaurants. The condo is very comfortable with a beautiful sunrise view of the river and dock square. This was our second stay and we hope for many more.

Great Condo and Location!

Condo was clean, well equipped and perfect location. Only about a 3 minute walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Owner was available as needed and communication was great. We hope to stay again in the future!

Delightful Stay in Kennebunk

We very much enjoyed Mary’s condo in Kennebunk. The location is perfect, we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. Also the fact it sits over the water made morning coffee that much more sweet! Mary was always available and so so helpful. We would stay here again!

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! She was incredibly flexible and communicative throughout, which made everything easy and stress-free. The home itself was amazing—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and refreshingly uncluttered.The location truly can’t be beat. It’s within walking distance (5 min) to Kennebunkport. We were lucky to catch the 4th of July fireworks from Gooch's beach which was about a 20 min walk away—such a memorable experience! Each morning, we enjoyed stunning views of the water, watching the tides come in and out along with ducks and seabirds. It was the perfect coastal escape, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

FANTASTIC!

Our family of 5 ( including a 94 year old) couldn’t have dreamed of a better stay in Kennebunkport. The house was absolutely perfect, not to mention gorgeous, and the location could not be beat ! The house had everything you could ever want and the attention to detail was amazing! We are already planning a return visit !

The place was immaculate, beautiful, walking distance to all local shops and eateries and it had everything we needed. Beaches were just a short distance. Mary, the host was wonderful! She was so quick to answer any questions etc. We could not have asked for better!!

Magical Holiday Getaway

The Boatyard was the ideal location for our Christmas celebration with its panoramic view of the village of Kennebunkport all decked out for the holidays. In addition the village was a short 5 minute walk to enjoy the festive atmosphere. The condo itself was great with an ideal layout, an incredibly well equipped kitchen, even for preparing an elaborate holiday meal and super comfortable, quiet bedrooms.

Amazing Place

We had an excellent stay here. The place is immaculate, well supplied with everything. Great kitchen and the enclosed porch (with a stellar view) is a real highlight. It's actually very spacious, more so than the pictures show. Super easy walking to restaurants/shops (both on the Kennebunk and Kennebunkport sides of the bridge). Highly recommend!

Relaxing and roomy

My wife and I spent 5 days enjoying Maine and Mary’s Vrbo was the perfect spot to come home to each day. One thing that always concerns me about committing to multiple nights is the chance we may have beds that are uncomfortable leading to misery. That was not the case here. The beds were super and we rested well every night. Mary was a very responsive host and checked in after we arrived to make sure we didn’t have questions. We would stay here again

Location Location Location

This is a stunning property. The views across the water wake you up in the morning and the evening lights take the edge off the day Nothing missing that one could want or need. Very well stocked, clean, and oh so conveniently located. The only reason we needed a car was to go explore outside of town. Everything else just steps away. Everything worked and there was even a wine cooler there. Adding to that nice glasses, tasteful quality dishes and plenty of games. We will stay here again and again. Thank you Mary
