  • Stunning ocean views! This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is located just steps to Gooch’s beach and about 1 mile to dock square. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the first floor, upstairs you will find an open kitchen, living room, and dining room. Open the sliding door to the large deck overlooking the ocean. Beach chairs are provided!

Beachside Bliss thanks to Coastline Vacation Rentals and Management

Our family has been renting vacation properties in Maine (and elsewhere) for over 40 years. So, as we offer this review, we do it with that as context. First about the rental property: it is located perfectly with amazing views of the beach and an easy walk to it to fully enjoy beach time. The condo is simply and tastefully furnished with the perfect Coastal vibe. A truly lovely spot. What we want to specifically call out from our stay is the responsive and friendly team at Coastline Vacation Rentals. It is not unusual to experience some issues related to maintenance and amenities in a vacation rental. When we experienced any of those this time, we found an immediate response to our texts, and a "we've got it" solution-oriented approach to addressing and resolving any issue. We LOVED working with Coastline Vacation Rentals and Property Management - they assumed responsibility, and were always interested in making our stay as great as possible. WE could not recommend them more highly.
