Amenities include in-ground heated swimming pool and large outdoor spa plus office, sunset room, reading room, plant room, river dock, raised vegetable beds to sample for dinner, 3-car garage, back deck overlooking the river with green egg and gas grill, 3 fireplaces, walk-in shower for two converts to steam room.
Centrally located between Kennebunk and Kennebunkport, 2 miles to Kennebunk Gooch's Beach, Mother's Beach, 4 miles to Goose Rocks and Parson's Beaches, 2 miles to the historic seaside Kennebunkport- great restaurants, shops, marinas, water activities, bicycling, motor bikes, ocean excursions, etc.

Christmas Week Stay

Jonathan and Alice were fantastic hosts. The house was clean and well equipped (as it is their family home). They even provided a live Christmas tree for us to decorate. Communication up to and during our stay was excellent. Definitely would recommend this property for a visit to the Kennebunks.

Wonderful getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in the gorgeous seaside town of Kennebunk. The home was as listed -spacious, pool, gardens, flowers, by the river, own dock, close to beaches, shops, attractions, etc. The owner was great and easy to reach when we had questions. We would certainly stay again without hesitation!

Beautiful property!

We had a wonderful time at Jonathan's house. He was very easy to communicate with. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the house is less than a 5 min drive from town. The house is very large so perfect for a big group- we had three adults and three kids. An added bonus is the master on the first floor which was great for my older mom who didn't want to climb stairs. I would highly recommend the property!

Perfect, beautiful, elegant, fun week

This idyllic property gave us a beautiful family vacation week. The kids swam in the beautiful warm pool 2x per day while we watched from the beautiful, flower-filled deck. The inside of the house is so elegant and perfectly curated but still welcoming. The property is 2 mins to beaches and town and grocery - we would come back in a heartbeat!
