They provided top-notch service with a smile and made me feel part of the family. I also loved the upper deck, where we could grab a bite, just chill or watch the FiFA World Cup. "Arrived late and were greeted by staff who even made us a meal despite the late hour. Room was tired, scuffy with stained cushions. Pillows had dried blood and mold stains so needed changing immediately, which was done. Ours was meant to be Delux Garden View, we had a corridor view through front window and a brick wall view through seriously cement stained back window so we didn't open curtains during our time there. The hot water either scalding or freezing, nothing in-between. The WiFi was off...

We paid $2,700 for what was clearly sold to us as a 3-day tour, but after payment it was suddenly reduced to only 2 days with no proper explanation or refund. To make matters worse, we were left at the airport without any transportation arranged, despite this being part of what was discussed.
